Pros I love scanning solutions because they are always helpful and easy to get into touch with. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their product and work. Never have to wait long for help. They know us by name, are very knowledgeable, and are able to resolve any issues very quickly. Pros This software is very easy to use and navigate. Numerous reports are easy to find and use with little effort. Cons We are unable to obtain inventory data from previous days. For example, if we wanted to know the total inventory of our automotive department on the 20th & it is the 27th we are unable to get that information. Extremely easy to learn and use. Pros Cloud based is great! Customer service is outstanding! Software is extremely easy to use! Cons I wish there were more ways to offer sales to our customers. Ex: Buy 1 brand of item at regular price, buy more than 1 save a certain percentage or amount. Not the same product but same brand.Therefore this sale would be for several different price points since it is not for the same item.
