Overall very satisfied. Pros Wide range of abilities and real world applications. Cons Can be complicated at times, A lot of steps to get to the end point of your cut job, Some ghost cuts or differences from the cad drawing to the cutter, However, this seems to be rare. You don't know what your capabilities are until you've tried the software. Pros The multiple functions that it can perform to make jobs less than a task is unbelievable. There are more features than probably required for any user,but they are there. I use it with a Design2fab program and the two mesh seamlessly . Cons I don't believe there are features that need much , if any improvement. It's usually just a matter of tweeking whats there to get the desired result. I feel Pronest gives us the best cut possible on our machine and less cutting issues while running the machine. To get the most out of a Hypertherm plasma, I think Pronest is the way to go. Pros Easy to use. Enables advanced features of our HPR plasma system (True Hole, Fine Feature, SureCut). Customer performance, as with all Hypertherm products, is the best out there. Tech Support even helped me make custom report templates for our labels. Cons Modules for software features that are standard on some other software are an add-on which comes a hefty price and increases the yearly maintenance fee.
