November 15, 2025 5.0 One of the best tools I've used for keyword research and on-page SEO performance to date. Would recommend to any beginner or advanced SEO. Pros I love the visual SILOs viewer and how easy it is to find topic clusters that actually make sense and that are unique. The on-page optimizer is also a great tool to easily optimize your page for higher rankings. Cons The AI writer for page optimization could be a little more UI/UX friendly when it outputs. August 4, 2025 5.0 Once you understand how it works, I find it quite easy to use. I also like the different subscription options and the fact that I can purchase credits individually. The optimization options are brilliant. Pros It is easy to use and you can implement the optimizations quickly. I particularly like the option to optimize and edit the text in the program and then check it before finally accepting it. Cons I can't say yet, as I've only been using opaque optimier for three weeks and am still getting used to it. But I think that if someone hadn't explained the first steps to me, it would have taken me a little longer. It would be nice if I could set the language to German. Review Source Robert D. Quite an intuitive tool if you're familiar with SEO. Good onboarding with helpful Q&A and walkthrough session. I've seen better results for my clients since starting so that's what I need. Pros The insights are really clear for page improvements and the optimisations have had fairly immediate results. I've mainly focused on the manual editor and NLP improvements which I've found just as good as other products I've used in the space. Cons I think the only real con I had with the product is how quickly credits are used. Not a problem on top plans for myself as a small one-person operation on the cheaper package, they go quickly. The results speak for themselves Pros What I loved most about PageOptimizer Pro is how simple yet effective it is. The step-by-step recommendations made optimizing my pages so much easier, and I saw noticeable improvements in rankings quickly! Cons The only thing I liked least about PageOptimizer Pro is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first with all the data, but once you get used to it, it's a fantastic tool! Pros We like that we can optimize our pages to compete with our competitors. Our small budget with POP quickly gave us a substantial upper hand when facing much more extensive operations. The process is in-depth, but once you input your target data, POP creates detailed and accurate roadmaps to rank. Cons Like any analytical tool that provides detailed information, the learning curve can be a little difficult at first, but after a few reports and understanding the extent of the information, it becomes easier to extract the information you need to rank. I get better results with a fraction of the cost than other tools. I've tried the main ones out there. Pros The value for money POP gives is incredible. Its cheaper and actually better in 9/10 things than other competitor tools. POP gives detailed recommendations on what words to use to fully optimise titles, headers and content. It also provides what headers and how many of each the page is expected to have. It also does a gap analysis on your page, reviewing how your schema and EEAT signals compare to your competitors. The recommendations have proven to be superior to other tools. It also lets you monitor pages over time, letting you know when they need to be updated because changes in the SERPs have happened. The UX is good and is improving all the time. It's easy to have good UX for very simple software but not so much for a software with all the insights POP gives you, POP manages to that. Its as simple as needed for the basic user and as thorough and customised as required for the experienced SEO. Its also probably the only software that allows you to use your own GPT license, which makes using AI super cheap. Cons As all AI writers its not there yet. I feel other tools write better content out of the box which makes editing easier and quicker. I haven't been able to use the AI content from POP. Other tools might have better prompts. However as chatGPT gets better I'm pretty sure this will be solved. Having said that, the automatic outline process captures really well the topics an article should include. It gives you a good starting point for you to expand upon as they are already optimised with POPs suggestions for headers. I've had a number of pages shoot to position 1-3 within days of making the recommended updated. Along with one other keyword tool, I use POP regularly when creating and optimizing new & old content. Cons I think there's still a bit of UX work that can make the entire experience a bit more pleasant, particularly on the post-report, page optimization level. I liked the ranking results with MarketMuse but I didn't like their UX. If they were to build out functionality that's more similar to POP, I'd probably test out their service again. Frase has a much better user interface, is simpler to use, and produced similar results for me. Surfer takes longer to implement the suggestions, but I've gotten better results with it. So while I think POP is pretty good, I prefer other options. Pros I like that PageOptimizer Pro provides a detailed list of words and phases that should be added to sub-headers and page titles in addition to just the body of the page. Many competing tools don't provide advice for the page title or sub-headers. Cons I haven't had great results using PageOptimizer Pro. I have been able to improve rankings and get more traffic to certain pages, but with other pages there has been no improvement. I've tried several similar tools and had better results with some of them, especially Surfer.
