It fullfills its mission. Pros LianaMailer is very easy to use; it does not need that much training but the application directs to use. The structure and ready building blocks helps to create newsletters very quickly. Sending the letters is also quity easliy done and the follow up with teh reporting is good enough. Cons It is not possible to copy the contenct from one group to another but you have to create them separately in each section. That is frustrating while the content is often very similar in different sections. Editing the text does not always go very smoothly and that couses annoyance. Sometimes you wish for a little more advanced tools and methods.
