"Good enterprise option but be careful to reduce lag"

**Overall:** Good but there are better options out there. The regular software updates and bug fixes from 8x8 are a definite benefit.

**Pros:** In my experience the floating mini-view is useful for desktop users and helps when navigating other systems whilst on calls

**Cons:** Lag times on calls affects customer experience. Also the recorded calls don't have call sentiment and analytics to match competitor software.

"Works for what I need it to"

**Pros:** We use 8x8 as the phone system. At the corporate level (where I am), we have 8x8 on our computers, and we do not need desktop phones (it's all through the computer), which is nice.

**Cons:** I frequently miss calls due to no notification popping up (I am sure this is a setting I need to change and not an actual con).
