Pros

The call quality is excellent, comparable to a landline. I will rarely have a call drop or otherwise mess up. Also, their excellent customer support is excellent.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. Years ago, I had a less-than-perfect (although not all that bad) experience with a technician, but I haven't had any problems since.

Pros

Very easy to keep track of calls and viewing caller ID; also good for inter office message communications

Cons

It is runs on the internet so if the internet is out, then our phone system does not work. Also there will be some settings glitches sometimes.

Pros

Since the phone service is internet based, the best part is accessing my voicemail from and device.

Cons

Sometimes when I dial a number within our Network, occasionally it doesn't connect.

### "Flexibility to Control Your Office Phone System from Anywhere!"

Pros

We enjoy having the options to control our phone system from anywhere. On days when we have to work out of the office, the ability to forward phones and use the app on our mobile phones makes it easy to make and receive business calls from anywhere.

Cons

We really don't have any complaints about the product.

Pros

It is a good system over all. The phones generally seem to work and they are reasonably priced. The only downside I see is that they are not as tech focused as some competitors. A few others have been more innovative (voicemails as emails, able to combine multiple companies under one call in, etc).

Cons

It’s not priced that well compared to competitors that offer more.

Overall it has been a great transition a way from cisco products.

Pros

The ability to set voicemail, how many times it rings and to what device is very helpful. Its is all cloud based. Cheaper than cisco. Installation is easier with an MSI

Cons

More expensive than other phone systems. Isn't has well polished as cisco jabber. A lot of features may be overwhelming for some users.

Pros

The app on the computer is great. Shows me calls coming in to different extensions. I am able to fax right from my computer with is amazing!!

Cons

The only con is not with the software itself. Customer support is can be a little difficult. Some of them understand others do not.

Pros

I like the portability factor, I can be away from my workstation and still receive calls on my tablet, laptop or phone. I can even send and receive faxes with the pro version. It makes it easy to work away from my desk and clients and staff can't tell that I'm not at my desk.

Cons

Because I often use more than one mobile device, it would be to be able to remain logged in to more than one device at a time.

Pros

8x8 is a very efficient and reasonably priced solution for Call Centers. They have everything you need in one place. 8x8 helps me run my business more smoothly than any other services I have used before. It's very easy to setup and use and help is there when you need it.

Cons

I can honestly say that I have nothing that I am unimpressed with with this company. So far they have lived up to their standards.

This product has made it easy to go in and run reports on days and time periods to determine when phone calls were made and the duration.

Cons

The layout of the website is not very user-friendly. Navigating the website takes some practice but once you have the hang of it and are familiar with it, it becomes easier.

Pros

It's great to have a direct line without needing the hardware. As someone who works remotely and travels quite a bit, that's very helpful.

Cons

The UI is horrible. It constantly freezes, and freezes to such a crazy extent that it prevents my entire computer from shutting down. Horrible.

Pros

Provides unique features. We really like the consistency of the service and the texting feature is very useful for our business when it works.

Cons

We've have had issues with the texting. We rely pretty heavily on that feature and it shut down on us 3 times and we were unable to get it working again. Customer support could not figure out the issues either.

Cons

Major problems include having to set up audio device every time I use it if the headset is bluetooth.

Cons

occassionally when trying to monitor a live call I will click on a specific agent but I obtain a different agent's line instead. This is an intermittent problem and not consistent enough for reporting value

I am with a Non-Profit Organization and started to use 8x8 after dealing with a very old phone system. All I can say that is that we get great customer support, great service, up to date technology and best of all very affordable. I definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Up to date technology, great customer service, very affordable, many options to keep in communication with your clients and customers.

Cons

None that I can think.

Switched to 8x8 from another popular VOIP system, due to profit loss issues with other system, and great recommendations from trustworthy business connections. I overall love the experience and the system, how easy it is to use and navigate. However it was a bit overwhelming at first, you get used to how its used fairly fast! If you need help from customer service though, be careful it could become a headache and a lot of wasted time and frustration really quickly!
