Pros It’s a great way to track the school bus and hassle free management of student absences and changes. July 14, 2025 5.0 Pros Nunca pensé que una app de transporte escolar podría simplificar tanto mis mañanas, pero Batonroute lo ha conseguido. Con dos niños en colegios distintos, antes mi rutina era un caos: preparar desayunos, correr para que no perdieran el autobús y estar pendiente de si llegaban a tiempo. Ahora solo abro la app y veo exactamente por dónde va el bus en tiempo real. Es un alivio enorme saber que no voy a quedarme esperando bajo la lluvia ni tuve que andar preguntando a otros padres dónde andan. Lo más útil para mí es el seguimiento en vivo. El primer día de cole de mi hija pequeña, \[contenido sensible oculto\], estaba hecho un manojo de nervios. Desde el móvil vi el icono del autobús acercarse, recibí el aviso de “\[contenido sensible oculto\] subió al bus” y pude tranquilizarme. Al regreso, lo mismo: llego a la parada justo cuando baja, sin esperas ni prisas. Es como tener un sexto sentido para planificar el día. Mi hijo mayor, \[contenido sensible oculto\], tiene una ruta un poco más complicada y hasta hace poco cualquier cambio de parada o retraso nos descolocaba por completo. Con Batonroute, el cole actualiza al instante si hay desvíos o demoras, y yo veo la hora estimada de llegada. Organizar el resto de mi día se ha vuelto muchísimo más sencillo... no hay llamadas de último minuto ni sorpresas. Otra cosa que agradezco un montón es la opción de avisar de ausencias al instante. Hace unos días \[contenido sensible oculto\] amaneció con fiebre, abrí la app, marqué su ausencia y listo: el conductor ya sabía que no la recogería y el colegio tuvo el aviso sin que yo tuviera que hacer mil llamadas o enviar correos. Menos mal que se acabaron esos madrugones donde nadie sabía si el bus estaría esperando o no. Además, la mensajería interna funciona de maravilla. Cuando necesito decir que otro familiar recogerá a los niños, lo hago desde la app y el cole lo recibe al momento. Y si el bus se retrasa más de 10 minutos o surge algún imprevisto, te avisa sin miedo ni dramatismos. En definitiva, esta app ha convertido el lío diario en un proceso tranquilo y controlado. Realmente te lo recomiendo... si tu cole aún no la usa, insiste: merece la pena por la paz mental. Cons Realmente nada... The support team is excellent and open for any requests. I am glad that parents could easily learn how to use the application. Since the application is not popular in CIS countries, I even would be glad to promote it Pros The system is easy and comfortable to use. It was not difficult to implement the system at all. Everything you need to manage the school bus routes is available. Cons For parents it is critical to track the location of the bus. The implementation of the product was smooth and the team listened to our requests. They are responsive, helpful and quick when it comes to support. Pros Clear and easy to use. It allows parents access to tracking data as well as the ability to make changes to their scheduled trips. BatOnRoute are quick to respond to any queries we have and the service has been seamless. Our parents are very happy with all aspects of the software and it has significantly cut down workload for members of my administration team. Pros Ease of setup. Head of Marketing Education Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great software" October 18, 2022 5.0 At the beginning, as with any new integration and implementation, it is complicated to adapt because there are many people involved in the process: bus monitors, administration staff, parents, etc. But Batonroute's support has always been fast and efficient, so the adaptation has been quite smooth and problem-free. Pros It is very easy to use and very intuitive for families. It has taken a lot of workload away from schools and has benefited families in terms of greater control and autonomy over their children's routes. Pros What we liked at most and why we have chosen BatOnRoute are: functionality and really supportive team. It's also important to mention, that the App is really easy to use, so the price is reasonable when comparing with alternatives. Cons Sometimes there are something in Spanish within the App (we use the English version), but we are in a trial period for less than 1 month, and it's being fixed quite quick always, so it is ok.
