Pros Sportsplus is a great platform which I have found to be very easy to use. It covers all areas that we need, has many features and has so far been very flexible to adapt to our specific needs. We are still in the process of setting up for the season and the customer support has been invaluable, very quick to respond, and we have also been fortunate to have had specific updates made to so suit our specific needs. The team management area looks amazing as we have just commenced using it, and our first Team/staff Manager is very excited. Our staff and users are very impressed with the new look and are slowly getting used to the features. Auto payments is a great feature which combined with the setup of instalments allows us to see the fees coming in without reminders. It has definitely been great value for the money spent. Cons We have found a few limitations, but I have been impressed with the Customer support in helping us to find solutions. Over that time, we've seen features continue to improve and licensing cost remain stable. Most importantly, any time we've had a question or problem, the SportsPlus staff was very quick to response and help us resolve our issue. There may be some sites with a bit more modern interface to navigate, but none that we've found that pack so many features in for an affordable price - which are savings we can pass along to our athletes. Pros We run a fairly large non-profit to assist our student athletes obtain their goals. All of our coaches and staff are volunteers and it's important for us to keep participation affordable. SportsPlus offered numerous features out-of-the-box at a very reasonable price. Cons Some of the administrative interface navigation can be a bit tricky but has improved over time. There are so many features and offerings within SportsPlus, that it can sometimes take a bit to find what you're looking for. However, with regular usage this is not an issue.
