I have tried to find a proof of concept of Tiledesk for my company I'm working, it made me explore the whole Tiledesk application. All of the feature is easy to use and very straightforward. I love how the dashboard is very well designed so it does not make any confusion. The documentation is quite clear, providing for anyone looking to use Tiledesk quickly. However, it could be improved in offering more examples or use cases for advanced functionalities. Tiledesk open architecture and APIs also allows me to easily connect Tiledesk with my company CRMs and it works very smoothly.

Pros

I like the whole idea of the business model. Tiledesk helps you to automate and to eliminate inefficiency on handling customer supports or even marketing. I love how the dashboard gives you ease of use on how to make the agents, or how to match the automation on your company workflow. Making AI agents learning curves is not as steep as one might think, thanks to Tiledesk’s intuitive interface and supportive resources. I personally love how Tiledesk still give you flexibility on integrating with external third party application, for example your own web application that can be easily plugged into Tiledesk. This level of customization gives the way for scalable growth.

Cons

I think for enterprise use cases, Tiledesk could offer more specialized features and dedicated support especially valuable considering it already provides a free trial for all functionalities, allowing companies to thoroughly test the platform before committing. I had difficulties on trying all the features even though we've contacted the Tiledesk team.

The first time I used Tiledesk, I was pleasantly surprised at its modern and practical design, user friendly interface, and impactful tools.The most impactful feature of this software is that it is equipped with tools that support superb customer service. When issues are raised, notifications are issued in real time. These can be monitored until closure, or escalated to address the issue urgently.

Cons

I have been using this tool for over a year and it never fails me. I have not yet encountered any undesirable features.

The features inbuilt in this free open source chat software is just amazing. It is equipped with Chatbots which facilitates live chatting seamlessly without any trouble. Their Live chat service is available in local languages 24/7 which is quite useful for our vertical dealing with training pan india where training requirement calls from pan india are being engaged and queries are addressed properly with complete evidence and recording. Also, we are using their smart AI driven chat bot service for engaging with our vendors, partner and clients to establish better relation and move together constructively. Highly reliable and stable software as it never shows any sign of shut down or slowdown which is awesome. Through their unified messaging service, we are attaining the best in class timebound chat services and our clients are happy. Well, there is no problem in the software as such. Though, we request for bringing some annual subscription models with low, medium and premium pricing involvement so that customer segregation and category can be differentiated easily and their unique /customized requirement can be fulfilled with special focus and attention. I liked most that Tiledesk is open-source and has a great development team behind it doing their absolute best to make features that other competitors provide at a much higher price or not at all. The support and features have been really great.

Cons

It still has a lot to desire, and some bugs that need fixing and some vital features missing, but they appear to be very willing to add these features once you request them.

This service desk has been our day to day help for customer services from vendors and to our customers. Absolutely nothing to dislike this far.

I like it a lot, for me it works as the perfect bridge between any third party app and my sales software.

Pros

Apps, a lot of integrations with third party apps with very good documentation

Cons

No context in the conversation, I can't follow up a conversation very far, cant store data and webhooks are very confusing

I recommend Tiledesk to companies trying to increase chatbot-human support collaboration. Its seamless communication, greater productivity, adaptability, and easy integration make it a great tool for enterprises of all sizes. As someone who values customer happiness and support, I think Tiledesk is a good solution.

Pros

I benefit from Tiledesk's conversational architecture which helps me to rapidly and asynchronously contact multiple stakeholders. This makes it easier for me to hand off my chatbot to a human customer service operator. This helps me save time and money, as well as providing me with a better customer service experience.

Cons

As I am new to conversational architecture and support, I am finding that there is a bit of a learning curve with Tiledesk. Although it is easy to use, Tiledesk is mainly focused on communication and handoff between chatbots and human support operators, so it may not have as many features as some other customer support tools.
