It took some effort to get it configured the way we needed, but now that it's running smoothly, it gives us a clear view of all our projects and resources. It’s especially useful for portfolio level planning and helps us keep everything in sync. I’d recommend it to larger teams or organizations that need flexibility and are willing to invest the time to get it set up right. Pros What I liked most about Sciforma is how flexible it is. It supports multiple project management approaches like Agile, Waterfall, or something hybrid. Once it’s set up, it gives you everything in one place like task tracking, timesheets, resource management, portfolio visibility. I like the custom dashboards and workflows, they're really helpful for tailoring the tool to fit how your team works. The customer support team has also been great whenever we’ve needed help. Cons The setup process took a while, and the interface isn’t the most intuitive out of the box. There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for administrators. Some screens are a little clunky or slow, and we found that we had to do a fair amount of customization to get the reporting where we wanted it. It’s powerful, but not the easiest to use at first. Beautifully designed, highly intuitive, and takes advantage of the best technologies it's built on. Cons The initial setup took a long time, as with any major program. But the main problem was that every small change required training, which frankly seemed unnecessary. The user interface is very poor, and some buttons suddenly stop responding. Sometimes some screens freeze for no reason, which annoys me. Honestly, dealing with this problem is exhausting.
