Teams can collaborate on multiple task directly with clients. Scheduling let us plan high level portfolios and we can view the capacity of projects to avoid over committing people to deal with complex projects. So many features such as scheduling, collaboration, time tracking and time tracking features provides complete value of money. Pros The best thing in Planview ProjectAdvantage is that it is configured easily and provides clear visibility of of running projects and resources. With Project Collaboration all the team can work on same verified data instead of chasing spreadsheets which makes a real connection with resource managers and project managers and the can work simultaneously on same project. The collaboration is another solid feature of which restricts the need of using separate platforms and the ability of sync interactions with Gantt views provide actual picture of actual workload. Cons Initial setup is simple for us but for new users it requires training to get overwhelmed for the future depth and there is not centralized way for audit permission across everything, so tighter build in security governance is expected. It took some effort to get it configured the way we needed, but now that it's running smoothly, it gives us a clear view of all our projects and resources. It’s especially useful for portfolio level planning and helps us keep everything in sync. I’d recommend it to larger teams or organizations that need flexibility and are willing to invest the time to get it set up right. Pros What I liked most about Sciforma is how flexible it is. It supports multiple project management approaches like Agile, Waterfall, or something hybrid. Once it’s set up, it gives you everything in one place like task tracking, timesheets, resource management, portfolio visibility. I like the custom dashboards and workflows, they're really helpful for tailoring the tool to fit how your team works. The customer support team has also been great whenever we’ve needed help.
