As an educator, keeping with the modern learning needs can be a mess if you don't have the right tools. I learnt this the hard way up until when i came across InReach which changed my work life. Having InReach has enabled me to administer school and family learning programs with much ease while also meeting the learners convenience. It has been a state-of-the-art experience working with InReach and its a product I highly recommend to all educators.

Pros

I have loved my experience with the InReach customer support team who has walked the journey with me ensuring everything is performing correctly. InReach offers robust content production features which help to create rich and interactive learning materials for my online educational programs. InReach offers a seamless integration with GoTo Webinar which allows me to offer very interactive live learning events. InReach reporting features keeps me aware of the performance of each live learning program i have administered.

Cons

I have always had a peace of mind working InReach and i have never found myself complaining about anything.

### "InReach tracks CE completions with much less hassle"

InReach provides a central location for both learners to complete their CE at their own pace and administrators to view where each learner is as well as sending automatic reminders via email instead of me manually checking and writing them one-by-one. On-boarding new employees is also less painful due to the fact that the required training is already available for them once they log-in.

Pros

The only reason I continue to use InReach is because I am able to easily view who has completed their continuing education (CE) and print off transcripts without having to chase people down. I am able to quickly assess where every learner is as far as their continuing education needs are concerned and that alone will save me way more time than I thought. Assigning courses to either a group or individual is easy, and I did not need to think about work-arounds.

Cons

Searching could be better, some times I know a course exists, yet I still cannot locate it without spending too much time browsing around. Petty issue, however, being able to simply un-enroll a learner from a single course, without that causing their entire learning pathway to cascade; currently it takes an annoying work-around to accomplish what I want.

Generally very positive. The team has always been helpful and the technology makes us seem like a very professional training organization.

Pros

How much of the process is managed on the InReach side. Sales, payment, etc. is all "happening while we sleep" and we can focus on creating and producing training content. The customer service has always been very good and I feel like the team partners with me to figure out questions rather than just giving me standard answers and moving on.

Cons

I really don't have the time to invest in being as knowledgeable about the system and its functions and I would like to be. Even in filling out my review, there were some areas I realized I wasn't sure if I was using or not (or didn't know where a possibility). So I'll take responsibility but say that it can be hard to understand all the features that are available and I should be considering.

InReach content editing features has given us very easy time creating learning materials for our museum to help educate our viewers and visitors. It has helped us to keep our learning materials organized which makes them easily accessible. It makes it possible to add live recordings as part of learning materials which are much easier to understand. InReach has been keeping our learning platform up and running without any breakdowns.

Cons

InReach has been in a very good shape and haven't had any dislikes to complain about.

Overall I am grateful using InReach, it helped enhance my organizations online learning delivery. While there are a few areas that could use polishing, such as content update timing and some backend configuration quirks

Pros

I liked how easy it was to integrate InReach into our existing systems. The platform is built with scalability in mind, which allowed us to expand our course offerings without major disruptions. The onboarding process was smooth and well-supported.

Cons

What I liked the least is the occasional delay in content updates or course availability. There were moments where we had to wait longer than expected for new materials or system changes to be reflected, which could affect timely delivery.
