Scheduling and appointment management is very easy and setup in a way that you can edit, add services, change clients, dates/times, or anything about the appointment all from one screen and that is a major upgrade from our last booking system. The user interface is beautiful and modern and I think it will be easier for clients to navigate. I've used many other spa/salon software programs, but none have been as quick, helpful, or kind as Mangomint’s team. The interface is also super aesthetic and easy to use which is amazing if you don’t have a super tech-savvy clientele. For the price what you get is amazing it’s very simple and you can do a lot with it. Managing two calendars for myself and my staff, scheduling, rebooking, and client management, is super easy with their app! Highly recommend this service! I honestly have no fundamental complaints. It does everything I need a program to do, and it does it well. Pros I like how smooth the process is for sending and filling out paperwork as the artist and for the client. There is no confusion and it is painless. Entering new clients and selecting which service is also super easy and direct. Cons You can’t bounce back and fourth between multiple Mangomint accounts through the app, you have to log out and log in each time. Appointment scheduling and client management are seamless, and the platform provides strong security for sensitive client information. Most importantly, their customer support is exceptional. The Mangomint team genuinely listens to its clients and continually develops tools that better support the real-world needs of spa and salon businesses. Cons We have experienced some difficulty with how standard fees are applied to client transactions. I would appreciate greater flexibility and customization in this area.
