The features are well organized, payroll platform is seamless. Cons Initially the price - but they lowered their prices. The value is far more more than what you pay for. There's a lot of options out there - and I've used most of them. They were so helpful and made everything a breeze. They even helped me finalize things to ensure things were set up correctly before opening day. Cons I don't think I have found anything that I dont like yet! One thing I might improve on is the booking page for clients. If they only have a certain day but dont care what service they want, they just want to come in, it might be nice to have a date filter instead of categorizing everything from the beginning with the service but thats just me being picky! My employer chose it for our scheduling and client management, and it’s been incredibly easy to learn and use. One of my favorite things about it is how simple and intuitive everything feels. I can quickly check my schedule, review client notes, and manage appointments without having to dig through a bunch of menus. It does everything I need without feeling overly complicated, which makes my workday run much more smoothly. Cons Honestly, I haven’t run into anything that I genuinely dislike about Mangomint. Every software has a learning curve, but once I became familiar with it, everything felt very intuitive. It’s reliable, easy to navigate, and has all the features I need without being overly complicated. So far, I haven’t found any significant drawbacks worth mentioning. They have made everything so easy to use and so straightforward and have never had any of the issues we had with the last platform. Pros Mangomint is incredibly user friendly on both the user and clients end. Customer Service is top notch, they respond quickly and with useful answers and if they don't know they find out or pass you along to someone who can help you. They take feedback seriously and are always making improvements based on that feedback. Cons There is so much to love about Mangomint it's hard to come up with a Con. Up until recently I would have said the price but they recently made some changes that makes the price resonable. They actually lowered prices. Unheard of. Switched from [ZENOTI](https://www.capterra.com/p/131057/ZENOTI/) Zenoti was clunky and old and bogged down with all sorts of issues. Also their customer service was horrible. Never got a useful answer. They have a great help chat too. Any questions I had were usually answered very quickly. Pros Everything is at my fingertips. It very all-inclusive feeling so I am not using multiple different apps and sites to get the job done. I even plan on moving my payroll over to them. Cons I wish their colors were a bit more customizable. We had our services color coded in our old system and that was a nice feature. I also wish the font was a bit larger. Not only is it easy to use, but staff and clients love the experience and aesthetic. Medical Spas & Beauty Pros don't need to look any further. Pros From appointment management to charting, marketing and client management, customer support and security, Mangomint is hands down the best software for Medical Spas. Also, no long-term contracts! Not that we'd ever leave, but staying because we want to, not because we have to is a plus. Cons The campaigns could be a little bit more robust and customizable for email and text message marketing, but I know this is being worked on. Flows are amazing, but if sending a single campaign the filters can be a little tricky. A lot of extras we didn't need and never asked for, and the checkout and scheduling was outdated, clunky and not user friendly.
