Pros From appointment management to charting, marketing and client management, customer support and security, Mangomint is hands down the best software for Medical Spas. Also, no long-term contracts! Not that we'd ever leave, but staying because we want to, not because we have to is a plus. Cons The campaigns could be a little bit more robust and customizable for email and text message marketing, but I know this is being worked on. Flows are amazing, but if sending a single campaign the filters can be a little tricky. I especially love the automated flows, reminders, and campaigns because they take so much off our team’s plate. It’s a modern, easy-to-use system, and I truly recommend it to any spa or wellness business. Pros We’ve been using Mangomint for 3 years now, and I honestly love it. My favorite features are the automated flows and campaign tools—they save us so much time with appointment reminders, follow-ups, review requests, birthday messages, and marketing emails. The scheduling and appointment management are seamless, the interface is very user-friendly, and client management keeps everything organized in one place. It’s a great value for the money, customer support is excellent, and I feel confident that our client data is secure. Every experience has been very positive. The transfer process was pretty straightforward and easy. I really love the checkout process. It’s so easy to have services, products, appts, packages etc. all in the same transaction. Pros My clients are able to easily schedule appointments. The user interface for clients and admin is very intuitive and user friendly. And they are constantly making improvements. I used Square before, and also Acuity. Mangomint is way better for my spa setting. Cons Setting up a class takes a lot of steps. Though they make sense so I don’t know that there is a better way to do it and still keeping the flexibility of the software. Never had any issues with customer service, billing, or tech support. Pros I absolutely LOVE Mangomint! I have tried Booker, Vagaro, Styleseat, Acuity, Phorest, Zenoti, Meevo 2, Wellness Living, and Aura Salon. Mangomint has all the bells and whistles, and has NEVER crashed! The interface is smooth, glitch free, and not complex to learn. Most importantly their customer service support is top tier. They respond same day, and they actually follow up on your questions and concerns. A major plus is that they actually listen to their beauty professional subscribers and actually implement feature request!!!! I love how they have treated us over the years. One year I left to go to Booker, and switched right back to Mangomint a year later. I don't have the capacity to allow a software to make business ownership more difficult. Work smarter not harder. They've sent a representative to my salon and gave us merch and sent us cookies. They really value their beauty professional subscribers. Cons I love every feature Mangomint has to offer!! I scream it from the roof tops, clients also LOVE the system and it makes it fast and easy for everyone. Pros It’s very user friendly on client and business side, I also appropriate the fast response for all customer service inquiries. It’s a little pricier than our last booking system but I don’t for one second think it’s not worth every penny. The reporting is also very thorough, we struggled a lot with that with our last booking service, where nothing was clear. Mangomint I can break it down with every detail. Cons I would love for a way to schedule station sharing, besides that I can’t complain, I feel like every week they are adding new free features or listening to our issues and upgrading the systems already in place. Again- the team is so helpful & ready to help you with guidance / support. Pros The ease of use and the functionality of the EMR software. In addition- the team at Mangomint is always so helpful, quick to reply/ offer solutions. The features for online booking/ appointment management is very easy as well! Cons We ran into problems with Stripe (payment processer) & I felt like the communication was limited with both Stripe & Mangomint during this time. Despite inquiring further with both - the account was held in pending with very little communication as to why or with updates as to what they needed.
