Ive been very happy with mangomint. I recommend to everyone! It has honestly been so easy to work with and surprised more people haven’t heard of it. They have thought of pretty much everything.

Pros

Very user friendly, it does everything I need it to and more! Online booking is great. Patients love it!

Cons

Some Preset forms would be helpful. However the forms are very easy to build. More so than other EMRs I have used.

Terribel. As soon as you are done onboarding there is no customer service. They will tell you that they aren’t available dor phone callsz once i tried to cancrl i learned my entire account will be deleted and ill never have access to any of those files. I have used many scheduling systems and this is not the case. Mangomint also nickel and dimes you for add ons and becomes very expensive quickly

Pros

It is simple. Clients did not complain about online booking

Cons

There was no way to have a deposit go to a clients account if they has already prepurchased a package. Almost making prepurchasing more inconvenient to clients

From day one of chatting with Kalvin on a call to today, my experience with Mangomint has been incredible. The software runs exactly as I need it to, clients find it easier to schedule online than with my previous company, I love the customization options to really make my business stand out.

Pros

My favorite thing about Mangomint is their customer support. Being able to chat with them and quickly get a response has been a game changer for my business. My previous software company it could take weeks for a response and in the fast paced beauty world we don’t have time for that.

Cons

I haven’t experienced something I dislike. Some of the features when new to the software were difficult and frustrating to use but with time it all made sense and have worked since then.

How much time do we have? I was with Glossgenius from the beginning. It was great to start and as they grew their customer support declined. I would wait days to weeks for responses on issues. As a matter of fact, I’m still waiting on a response from something last summer. Yes, they had the lowest card processing fees and that was nice. They had lackluster website design options that always said new designs coming soon but never came. Likewise, they had a platinum membership that had all these great features “coming soon.” Mostly, they lost me when I had a final issue and cancelled as soon as I was onboarded with Mangomint and I have never looked back.

100% satisfaction with all phases of transfer. I am still learning about all the added benefits but I am most excited about being able to have the client check out while sitting in the chair

Pros

The amazing support team and contact person walked me through each step of the transfer. I would say I was very skeptical about changing after being with the same company for so many years, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. I like that we had a “check off” list to keep me on track.

Cons

The price I felt initially was a little more, but honestly I did not have any additional features with my previous software program. I am happy with the rate based on all that I am receiving

We love using Mangomint at our salon! I enjoy how the different colors show when a client is confirmed, waiting, in service and checked out!

Pros

I like the aesthetic of the whole thing, I feel like I have seen other booking sites in the past and noticed how cluttered they look compared to mangomint’s more sleek look.

Cons

There is nothing I can think of that I like the least, there are some things that you just need to play around with in order to figure out which takes some time but there is no avoiding the learning period on how to use it!

Great value to business and overall interface user experience from a owners standpoint very easy to do multiple tasks that make the shop flow easier and smoother for everyone

That I cannot use my stripe capital access funds I transact with since this would be extremely helpful to expand more locations and will make more $ with mango but unfortunately cannot get stripe capital because mango is not apart of that

Very Fast, simple and easy to navigate operation and making it easy for clients to use online booking system. Even individuals who find it difficult to use any online option. Being able to adjust time and appoment info on the app. Being able to see how my day is going to be before I’m in the salon.

Painless to transfer over from previous software- always up to date- constant new USEABLE features. Payroll is easy and wonderful- very cost friendly. Overall I have nothing negative to really say- I love the latest new features and am excited for the direction they’re going!

Pros

Ease of use- simplifies all systems, appointment management is simple for everyone! Guests love booking online and have very few issues. Messaging and communication with guests is streamlined and in one location. That creates less headaches and improved guest experiences. Customer support is always available within a short time frame. My questions are always answered quickly and efficiently. User interface is simple and intuitive; my staff picks everything up quickly with limited issues.

Cons

Cost is on the higher end but I think it’s justified on its vast capabilities and options for add ons. Priced very fair considering others are much more!

After using multiple scheduling platforms and having frustrations with all of them, I have been more than happy with Mangomint. Not only does it have every feature I need in my business, the system is very reliable and hardly ever glitches if at all which was a constant problem with other platforms I've used. Overall I'm extremely happy with Mangomint and I hope they continue to improve the user experience and features to keep it top notch!

Pros

I love the clean and easy to use platform. It's not only easy for my team to use, but also for the client to use. I love that clients don't need a login to book online, and the process to book online is very simple and straight forward. There is almost every single feature you could ask for in a booking site, and they continue to add more! Any time I need assistance, I get a real person to help me and they're always friendly and able to help me out.

Cons

I wish there were a few more features like a longer checkout period with the self checkout link which expires quickly, and better gap prevention on the online scheduling. The cancel/reschedule link could also be more visible on the the confirmation messages. The card readers are also finicky but I've had that issue with every card reader from every other booking platform/pos system I've used

I really love Mangomint. The helpdesk folks respond fairly quickly and are REALLY nice and helpful. As an IT consultant at a college, we are using Mangomint in many different ways than what it was designed for.

Pros

Mangomint is an easy to use web app that even the least tech savvy users can navigate. Easy to create forms from an Admin perspective and our clients seem to be able to navigate it well. BIG shoutout to those helpdesk folks in the chat!!

Cons

I have to figure out workarounds for some of the forms and scheduling. Not really a con, just time consuming. I really wish there was an App to install on clients phones. Having clients that don't have a password to log in to their own account(s) is frustrating for the clients. We have had many complain.

Mangomint has helped Fix Studios get back to focusing on our clients instead of our platform. It is nice to partner with a company that values it's clients as much as we do. I cannot say enough how the surprise swag box impressed me. It made me feel like Mangomint values Fix Studios just like we value our clients.

Pros

Fix Studios switched to Mangomint after utilizing an overcomplicated, frustrating platform. Mangomint is a tremendous value for the money and their customer service is fantastic. When we made the switch to Mangomint it was so easy and the data import was done with impressive time. The user inertface is easy to use and customization features are great.

Cons

What I like least about Mangomint is that their customer support is so fast at answering their chats I don't have time for the ladies room.

\- No "Pop-Up" Consent / Acknowledgment Feature - No Mass-Client Messaging Feature for Marketing - We have multiple locations. MM doesn't have separate booking links for different locations, just one for all locations, and the client has to click the correct location. They often click the incorrect location and book at the wrong location.

Overall, my MangoMint experience has been great! As mentioned in the "pros" before hand, it's very easy to use and has majority of the features needed to run our business! I personally haven't needed to reach out for customer support, but from what co-workers have mentioned, they have been great!

Pros

How easy the user interface is. The amount of features it has to run our business and be able to run the reports needed. Appointment management has been really easy to move, migrate and have the data records for history and upcoming.

Cons

There are a few features that would be nice-to-have. I'm sure they will think about them at some point and look forward to those updates!

Mangomint makes everything feel effortless. It has a user-friendly interface that streamlines scheduling, payments, and client communication. It’s all super quick and makes sense without me having to think about it. Everything runs smoother, and I spend way less time clicking around and more time actually getting things done. They really put the service industry professionals first!

Cons

Right now, we run our store through Shopify and our services through Mangomint, which means juggling two systems. Both are amazing on their own, but the two together can sometimes feel a little clunky.

Easy peasy! Running a small business is chaotic enough, Mangomint streamlined everything and I felt supported through the entire process.

Pros

Vv user-friendly: for small business owners and clients alike. Simple process to navigate, customize, and customer support top-notch! Mangomint’s built in Flow templates streamline client communication and retention. The calendar and appointment management is beautiful while keeping our clients data secure/ HIPPA compliant. Website integration was seamless and scheduling process is low-barrier for potential clients. Switched to Mangomint from a free platform but am already seeing more appointments booked as a result— definite value for cost!

Cons

The marketing credits cost extra, however, Mangomint includes a bunch when you sign up. More templates geared toward Medical practices would be helpful.

Cons

There isn’t anything I don’t like about Mangomint. No downtime! I wish it wasn’t the price it is, but for what the system is, I will pay.

So far, incredible. Customer service is top tier and onboarding was smooth and seamless!

Pros

The intelligent booking features and ability to customize so much of it.

Cons

The lack of being able to add smart booking as an add on. We are a smaller spa with 2 practitioners and service rooms so the price of the standard package doesn't really make sense to us, but we used to send out deposit links via text and email when people booked over the phone every day on gloss genius which cost us $45 / M so we were sad to loose that...but you can't win them all!

Reason for choosing Mangomint

Price and functionality. Specifically the ability to customize the schedule along with other things. Additionally Boulevard wanted to charge their spas for EVERYTHING, every text message, every email had a price involved. As a small business, you appreciate an all inclusive offer as every dollar counts!

They went through a series of updates that just completely crashed the system. We paid to have two users, but we were essentially functioning off of one user profile from all of the problems having multiple practitioners created. Every day we would have system issues taking payment after 4 pm CST. They wouldn't tell you when the updates would happen, they would just role them out and suddenly you had 25 new problems on your hands. Coming from a heavy background in CRM and AI development, I understand you have to find the problems in order to fix them, but their support team was less than helpful as they would take a full day to get back to you.

I've had an incredibly positive experience with Mangomint. I can't speak enough about their customer service and how helpful they are in answering any and all questions you have.

Pros

Mangomint is incredibly user friendly, and if you run into any issues their chat support is quick to reply. They have an extensive FAQ that walks you through every single feature and process. Online booking is easily integrated into your website with intuitive scheduling management. For example, it will ensure appointments are booked without a weird gap in a service provider's schedule. There are options to ensure one provider isn't favored over another when it comes to online bookings. Security has always been top notch on both the client and staff side. Card information is safely stored and only shows staff members the last 4 digits, never the full number. You have to walk through multiple steps to charge a client's card so they should never be accidentally charged. Client information is also secure with their personal information being able to be withheld from certain staff members. I could go on and on about each feature, because there are so many detailed and helpful ones from day to day business operations to appointment bookings. Easily the most comprehensive booking system out there.

Cons

We had tried their payroll processing system for a month but it wasn't built out enough for us to justify swapping over from our current platform. It's a more expensive option with fewer features.

If you give it a chance I think most will agree this system is user friendly and once you work with it it’s a snap to adapt to

Pros

The Mangomint support team has been terrific. There’s always a learning curve when using a new software program and I feel their salon system really covers all the bases and more

Cons

I really have yet to come across a problem with this system. This is my 3rd salon software system and honestly it did take a little getting used to but I kind of expected some challenges switching from old to new

I love the mangomint booking software!! Beautiful look, easy to learn and use, simple interface between the POS, booking system and product scanner. I have no idea who created this software but I would love to shake their hand because everything makes sense, everything is where you expect it to be and there's no weird buttons in order to try to find other things, nothing is hidden under weird categories, for example, if a client walks in off the street and wants to buy product and they've never been there before you click the button sale and then click at the top where it says make a new sale and it's got a bar scanner so you scan the product and you have the option of entering a client's name and phone number or just cashing out. Very simple! I 100% recommend this for everybody!!

Pros

Very easy software system! I am not a person that is great with technology, at all, I've worked at a few different spas and almost every single spa software had a massive learning curve, some of them I spent 6 months trying to work with and still couldn't figure it out, mangomint took me 15 minutes to learn.

Cons

The name is a little weird but other than that there actually is no cons to this Spa software.
