### "A great software even if you're a solo!"

From start to finish my experience with implementation had been pretty seamless. Once I finally received the software and got into it it was pretty fantastic.

Pros

The ease of the software, even if you're just using it at a basic level it's not overcomplicated. All of the inventory tracking is really coming in handy because my business is now going in a new direction and the fact that it actually sends out notifications when it's supposed to.

Cons

The fact that I have to buy credits for text messaging and other things instead of just a flat rate monthly usage. I feel like that could put me in the danger zone and I would end up with an unexpected overage charge.

It has been great, our salon has been using it for two years and I am happy with it, it has been a great improvement from our previous system.

Pros

Great online booking system, lots of helpful features for scheduling and inventory etc. they have great customer service and are always improving their system.

Cons

I would like to see some clients card options, for example a specific folder or tab to keep color cards and products used in clients profile. Just the area to write notes isn't organized enough.

Other system did not function well. We were not able to see our schedule on our phone only the salon computer, when clients booked online there was always a delay on showing in our schedule. They also closed all their Canadian customer service offices which made it difficult to get into contact with them.

### "The last software you'll ever need"

Our experience with Mangomint has been SO easygoing! All the features, organizination, client ease, etc. for the price is AMAZING. The transition over is so seamless, if any help is needed it's so easy to message their wonderful team and you get a quick response. I Would never be able to imagine our salon again without Mangomint.

Pros

The UI made the transition from our old software to Mangomint so easy to learn for all of our service providers. Even at the tailend of using our old software people were still confused about it. I explained how to book on Mangomint once and never had to go over it again! Customer Support is so quick, it's one of my personal favorite features about Mangomint. Within 10 minutes I have a response about anything inquiries or problems I may be having. It's nice feeling heard. One of the main concerns our bookkeeper kept bringing up was security. She didn't want us directly handling cards to keep on file but with the self-checkout feature there's no need to see the card and its convenient for the client. It's so easy to onboard and offboard staff with Mangomint. Even changing prices, adding services, vacation hours, etc. This used to be one of our most inconvenient moments with our other software. Value for money : It was easy to pitch to our accountant because it's more bang for your buck.

Cons

I wish it was easier to see the patient/client information in a more condensed quicker way. The clients find it difficult to see all their appointments or access their portal. Maybe if it was sent with their text booking that would be better or something else? Like inserting a phone number to access a portal.

Overall I would highly recommend Mangomint. I prefer Mangomint over the other EMR that we use for our surgical side of the office. I am always impressed with the customer support and their problem solving on my unusual requests.

Pros

I love how easy Mangomint is for my team to learn and use. The interface is intuitive for booking appointments and checking people out. We don't ever hear complaints from our patients regarding booking appointments online or the text messages that Mangomint sends out for us. The customer support is incredible. I often have complex reporting questions and the team is often able to find a work around or add in that report to the interface for me. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features to improve the platform.

Cons

I wish there was a dual factor authentication especially from the phones. There are some other random one off issues that would make our lives easier -- like having a history of edits made to a ticket and who made them, not updating the pricing when we open an old ticket, adding a feature so my team can see inventory without editing the inventory numbers, easier way to associate products with specific services. We also love reporting -- I think there are additional reporting features that could be added over time to pull more metrics for the clinic and providers.

### "25 years and I think we finally have a winner with MangoMint"

So far I am absolutely loving it. As long as HSA goes through, I believe we are here to stay. The ease of use, data transfer and absolutely kind, knowledgeable and professional support has been above and beyond any I’ve experienced in my 25 years as a medical massage therapist and spa owner.

Pros

The ease of use for the client is so much better than Vagoro. I constantly got complaints about having to sign up for a third party to get an appointment. That’s gone. Onboarding was amazing. The support team has been exceptional and the data transfer from Vagaro to Mangomint has been exceptional. Vagaro was having way to many down days, especially on busy gift zero sales holidays. I have feedback for a year and told them I might be leaving. Nothing changed, so here we are. I am a smaller sized spa. However, when Inlokk at all the added up expenses with Vagaro, Mango Mint is not much different and the exceptional service and client ease of use has, so far, been amazing.

Cons

Not having bundling has been a real negative for us and I’m sure many spa’s/salons. There are work arounds and they say they are working on it. So fingers crossed. The HSA set up has been ridiculous. That isn’t Mangomint but not is the credit card processing company THEY CHOOSE. this will be a game changer if we aren’t accepted I’ll have to reconsider.

Vagaro had too much downtime when we were unable to access the calendar or the program at all from both phones and computer computers. Especially on holidays when we sell most of our gift cards! I told them this was a major issue and gave them a year to make it better nothing changed. After the second Mother’s Day, I started looking. Also, I often got complaints from patients who felt uncomfortable with Vagaro‘s booking process. They did not want to sign up or give their credit card information to what look like a third-party booking company. I often got calls or text from people wanting to book directly with me, which kind of negates the purpose of having online booking.

Again, I have been very happy here and loved using the system. It is simple, minimalistic and customer service has always been wonderful.

Pros

I love the simplistic look of Mangomint. The back end of the software is also very easy to set up and make changes to the menu, services, packages or memberships. It is a very clean look for the clients and also for the back end and you work on setting up appointments. I love the express booking feature, placing the appointment on the calendar and having a link sent to the client to confirm date, time, and credit card info is wonderful. Many times, clients message to get a good time to come in instead of booking themselves. This way, I have the cc on file in case of any no-shows or late cancellations. I also like the express checkout. The support, any time I have needed anything, has also been wonderful, and that is very important when working with a company!

Cons

The cost is high. I knew that going in as a solo provider, I knew they were geared to bigger salons, but some of the features I loved here I could not find in other software, such as the express booking. I would love it if the Forms app were included in the price. Filling out consents is crucial, and I wish that were included in the price for the service. I pay for it and upgraded to the next tier so I could have memberships, because having it all in one profile just makes my brain happier.

I have been using Mangomint for 6 months and my salon growth has been noticeable. Any questions are answered with a smiling face. And my cost is nearly half that of a competitor, while sticking to my branding much better.

Pros

First, the cost is worlds different from other premium systems and I'm not missing anything. Onboarding was so smooth, with video meetings whenever I needed to go over all the features. My clients are loving how smooth the interface is and how seamlessly they can schedule appointments. Self-check out is so cool!

Cons

I Which the reporting functions were a little more intuitive. I am having a hard time gathering information or knowing where to look, even though it is all available.

I have used several different spa software systems over many years in the spa business and MangoMint is by far the best. It is intuitive and easy to use and covers all bases in regard to capabilities. And, if there is something that you have a problem with or a question about, customer service quickly and kindly responds with a solution. I highly recommend MangoMint!

Ease of use for clients and spa staff, quick, friendly and helpful customer service, regularly rolling out of upgrades to the system, smooth workflow with booking, payment processing and client management.

Cons

I really can't think of anything that I don't like. Everything is streamlined and keeps operations running smoothly.

We’ve had a great experience using this booking software. The team is consistently making updates based on our needs and even specific requests, which makes us feel heard and supported. It offers a wide range of features that allow us to stay in consistent communication with our clients, push out marketing, create specials, and manage bookings efficiently—all in one place. Pros

One of the biggest strengths of this software is how responsive the team is to user feedback. Updates are frequently made based on real needs and specific requests, which makes the platform feel tailored rather than generic. The software is also very user-friendly for clients, making booking and communication simple and seamless. There are numerous built-in features that allow us to consistently message clients, share marketing content, build specials, and stay connected without needing multiple systems. Cons

Overall, I’d give it a solid 10/10. The support team is always on top of things, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve made the process easy and stress-free.

Pros

I absolutely love their booking software! It’s smooth, intuitive, and makes scheduling effortless for both clients and staff. Such a great experience overall!

Cons

There’s nothing I really dislike. One area I think could be improved is adding an expiration date option for account balances or unused credits, so they can automatically roll off over time.

Absolutely poor quality. Customers didn’t even know how to streamline appointments, and the system forced clients to create accounts while capturing their emails, which could be used by other spas in the area. We ended up losing many regular clients because of this outdated software.

Pros

Switching to Mangomint has been such a great decision for our salon. The transition from our previous system was incredibly easy—exporting all of our information was smooth, and the Mangomint team has been beyond helpful. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and truly supportive every step of the way. We’ve only been live for about a week, and our clients are already loving it. The online booking is clean, easy to use, and visually appealing. Clients especially enjoy being able to upload inspiration photos directly when booking their appointments, which has been a game changer for consultations. The client communication and texting features alone have been a lifesaver. With our previous software, we couldn’t see message history or conversations, which made things confusing and inconsistent. Mangomint keeps everything organized and visible, eliminating the guesswork entirely. We’re also very excited to run payroll for the first time next week. Having direct deposit and not needing to manually handle employee taxes or send everything to our accountant will save so much time and stress. We can’t wait to continue exploring everything Mangomint offers and see how much more efficient it can help us become—for both our team and our clients.

Things we dislike at the time Cannot charge a surcharge on credit card and am ECO fee with being a Green Circle Salon Not being able to Intergrate Vish Color system Top production report for all The stylist teeth for a certain date range. Showing all on one paper. Having total clients, service $ per hour, retail to service %, retail $, prebooking%, client retention. So we Don’t have to have a report for each one and back. When a sale is closed and done. The screen doesn’t close or give you a button to click On to be done and not keep a screen up for what was rang up. Having to click appointment book then it wants On make an app and then you have to close that out just to clear Sales Screen after someone pays. Have option or a box to pop up when ringing out client to remind the person ringing them up to ask client to prebook.

Fantastic! \[sensitive content hidden\] was my onboarding manager and held my hand every step of the way. No AI bots! When I've needed help chat support (real humans) are there 18 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pros

Switching software is hard. Mangomint did 95% of the work and made it nearly effortless. We were with our previous software system for over 5 years and that's a lot of information to move over. I also love that clients don't need to remember a login for their account!

Cons

I'd like to see more customizations within the calendars to make it more visually appealing. The downside of not having account logins is clients with packages are unable to book without our required online deposit. And the price is quite a jump from our previous system, however, it's making my life more easier and it's saving my staff valuable time so it's worth the extra investment.

It has been pretty fun to start working with Mangomint. For the most part it is easy. We are still getting to know the system bit by bit.

Pros

I love everything about Mangomint! It is very easy to navigate and schedule or modify appointment. The app is just as powerful as the full browser version and customer service is superior to all others. It has so many functions that make the work day so much smoother like internal messaging with clients and support for a great price.

Cons

It is really difficult to think of anything that I do not like. I have asked for several things in my text support chats and they have said they submitted a request to add those features. Right now I have an appointment scheduled for 1.27 at 12pm to learning how to make changes to an appointment that was scheduled online. We are having trouble with this. Also, how to charge a no show client in full using the card that they used to place the deposit. Sending the self checkout link will never work for a client that does not value our time. They will not willingly pay. We need to be able to charge the card they used for the deposit.

### "Top-Tier Booking Software with Exceptional Support and Security"

Our experience has been outstanding. We transitioned from Booker/Mindbody earlier this year, and the difference has been night and day. Mangomint has improved every aspect of our workflow, from appointment management to payment processing, and their call and chat support has been there every step of the way. The system is reliable, secure, and easy for both our team and our clients to use. We’ve experienced very minimal downtime (if any), and on the rare occasions there are updates or issues, they communicate transparently and resolve things quickly with no impact on our business.

Pros

Mangomint excels across the board, but what stands out most is their customer support, both chat and call support are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The user interface is clean, modern, and incredibly intuitive, making day-to-day appointment management seamless. Payment processing is smooth and reliable, and we’ve had zero issues with transactions or client checkouts. Overall, the value for money is excellent given the features, support, and reliability.

Cons

There’s very little to complain about. The only minor downside was the initial learning curve when transitioning from Booker/Mindbody, but even that was made easier by Mangomint’s excellent onboarding and support team. Some advanced features may require a bit of training, but the support team is always there to help.

I recommend mangomint to all my friends with aesthetic practices. It is the most user friendly and intuitive of any EMR I have worked with.

Pros

It's ability to customize to almost anything we need and the quick responsiveness of support to either give solutions or take suggestions. The interface is very simple and aesthetically pleasing. The integration for texting, marketing, calls and flows are intuitive and make our practice stand out from other aesthetic practices. Being able to send a text to complete the booking process so a card number does not need to be given over the phone.

Cons

The credit system for marketing. But it does make sense. Would appreciate two factor authentication ability for hipaa compliance. No integration with sending Rx.

My experience with MangoMint has been great. The staff is friendly and communicates in a timely manner. The only change I've made since using the service was to switch payroll providers. That was not due to anything MangoMint did as far as service, it was cost savings for me. Aside from that I have had a great experience.

Pros

I am a new nail salon owner. MangoMint has helped so much with an easy interface platform and extremely helpful, on-call assistance. I am able to use the platform to manage schedules and appointments with ease. I did integrate the online booking tool to my website and my guest love how easy it is to use.

Cons

If I could add one feature to MangoMint it would be automatic rebooking screen pop up as soon as payment is done on the terminal. We do ask each guest to rebook but if MangoMint could automatically suggest an appointment at +2 or +3 weeks that would be very helpful.

You can rebook appointments in a couple clicks after checkout. You can also customize the time intervals to be +2 or +3 weeks. It doesn't appear on the payment terminal but you'll be able to easily access it on your end.

I have 5 spas using Mangomint and any future spas we have will also use Mangomint. Their customer service is amazing and their app is very easy to use. I love that they are constantly making improvements and are receptive to feedback. It's a great company!

Pros

Incredible customer support team - very timely, friendly, and helpful. User-friendly and intuitive app interface. Easy to use for providers and clients. Constantly improving the app and launching new features. Really great service and team all around!

Cons

We had some issues with card readers in the past, but were never able to identify why. I have 5 spas on Mangomint and it's not easy to switch between different spas.

My experience has been amazing so far. I have been using the program for 6 months. It has not been "down" once. My clients love how easy it is to schedule appts. I love the abundance of features it offers. The onboarding and customer service is outstanding. I was using smaller platforms, that always were having issues, no customization, frustrating to use, ect. Switching to Mangomint was a breath of fresh air. Couldnt be happier.

Pros

to start, i love the onboarding that you receive when you are a new customer. The way they "hold your hand" and walk you through everything so you completely understand all of the features is amazing! One of my favorite features is that when setting up services, there is a place you can require a client to view that offers add on services. I love the option to have a separate phone number so you can text/call in app instead of using your personal number. The ease of scheduling for clients is great. The importing of all my client info was great, and time saving. Well worth the money for all the features it offers.

Cons

Honestly, the only thing I haven't liked is that when I am creating an "offer' with a promo code, it was a little limiting. There were work arounds for everything i was trying to do, but trying to provide a very specific offer was a little frustrating. No where near a deal breaker.

Love it and happy to have it. It is so much more modern and updated than my previous software. My providers, team and clients enjoy it as well. I also like that I can chat with someone is I have a question.

Pros

It works so well when you have more than one location of your business. Easy, staff friendly and clients love it. Makes rebooking clients easy and the payroll and customer support is amazing. I am happy to have it for my spa and enjoy the updates that is always improving.

Cons

The customizations/add ons to services is confusing and could be easier to use. We have redone it several times. And I don't like having credits for things like emails etc.

I’m a huge fan of MangoMint. The user experience is easy and seamless, the customer support is top tier and it works for my team.

Pros

The customer support is unmatched. The response time is so quick and you’re clearly speaking with an actual human that isn’t just reading a script but knows how the system works and wants to see you succeed without wasting your time. Also, I love the features like two way messaging, text reminders and our ability to write our newsletter and filter clients based on the message we’re sending.

Cons

I wish when running reports that there was a drop down menu instead of having to scroll through each month. Additionally, I’m really getting into tracking my KPI’s and sometimes I have to play around with the reports to get the info I need. But overall I’m still really happy with the reports you can run.

Pros

Customer support is flawless, the system its self is amazing. Having someone be a text away incase you run into issues is Amazing! Setting up the account the fact that they have videos for literally everything incase you forget how to create a package or run payroll. Very user friendly

Cons

I know it’s it the works, because they are great with feed back, but all it needs to be perfect is the ability to integrate with other softwares.

Our experience with transferring over to mangomint was much easier than any transfers in the past and this is our 4th and last transfer!!!

Pros

I loved the ease of migrating my existing client appointments over from another scheduling system. We have had 3 other systems in the past and Mangomint has been the easiest, most fluid system to learn and understand. They have many extras that make running a business a dream too.

Cons

The Mangomint transfer couldn’t transfer over our business’s personal block time so we had to transfer over this data before opening our new schedule to clients.

Overall, Mangomint is my 3rd software in 9 months. I am obsessed with Mangomint and will utilize your platform for the foreseeable future. The user interface is top notch above other software demos I have endured. Although Mangomint is higher priced than other platforms, the additional features justify the price (the value for money).

Pros

Mangomint is fantastic for the customer experience with booking and adding additional services. I can easily add a custom items for extra profit building (customer support). The profit team was essential in assisting my small business with tips and tricks for improving customer retention. The payment processing is in line with the other salon platforms. Customers rave about the security of Mangomint while booking online. Their card information isn't saved unless they choose; and they like that they don't have to do a profile.

Cons

I would suggest that Mangomint utilize text campaigns more and work this into their platform. I used Gloss Genius and I noticed I had a better ROI with text messages versus email campaigns. The refund process is poor. I have had charge back requests. There should be a streamlined process for returning deposits. The scheduling system isn't conducive to teams. I have to go between 'work hours' for each person and the appointment schedule. I have to use my iPhone to look at one view and the laptop for another. In California our nail techs are W2--which means I do their schedules. I request an At A Glance scheduling upgrade.

We have been using Mangomint for 14 months. The customers even like the software and how easy it is for them to book appointments online and purchase gift cards. We have had a much lower no show rate due to the amount of communication messages that get sent to our clients as well. The ease of navigation, learning center and customer support are top notch! I cannot say enough good things about Mangomint.

Pros

What I like most about Mangomint, is how easy and quick customer service gets back to me when I have a question regarding the system. I personally set up the software for our Day and Med Spa and Mangomint was with me every step of the way. I also like how they take my recommendations into consideration and often do updates/upgrades to make the system work even more flawlessly.

Cons

There is honestly, nothing I like least about Mangomint. It's very user friendly. I have trained my entire front desk staff on the software, and we have minimal issues with it.
