Mangomint offers great customer service and quick answers to any questions. Also lets us know when the system is having problems.

Pros

Flexibility in accessing transactions and ability to edit after the transaction date. Ability to print out stylist's daily schedules.

Cons

Price is higher than other salon softwares but it's the only system that meets our needs of printing daily schedules and printing clients future appointments.

Easy. From transferring my data over to learning how to use all the functions, LEAST stressful part of my business.

Pros

Mangomint is an incredible platform for my small medspa! The customizable settings make it so easy to manage my services, business info, and payment processing all in one place. Anytime I’m unsure how to do something, I can jump into the live chat for support or head to their online learning center—it’s super easy to find not just the answers, but also step-by-step videos that walk you through setting up or changing any feature. The personalized online forms are a breeze to create and adjust, and don’t even get me started on the marketing tools—there’s so much value packed in! My team, my clients, and I all love how intuitive and user-friendly Mangomint is. I seriously can’t imagine running my business without it.

Cons

There is really nothing that I do not like.

Awesome POS for massage therapists and like minded providers. Love their quick customer service (get response within 5min) and mobil friendly. I can do everything from my phone except send mass emails

Pros

I love how quick mangomint customer support is and how mobil friendly the software is including able to send mobil friendly client intake forms and create custom forms like soap notes

Cons

Wish could book group services with 2 clients and 2 therapists like couples but they are working on this already. Also wish could set up more payroll and service reports specifically to the providers who did the service without giving them access to all reports

coming from Gloss Genius where even with the White Glove VIP package ...getting a human on the phone was harder then calling bangladesh and waiting on hold for at the least an hour. To a team that made you feel that you were the only business that they were supporting is amazing. As an independent salon suite owner...I needed support staff.....MangoMint Salon Ware has become truly my salon suite cloud based management system for my business. Checking guests in, Checking them out, Marketing and collaborating with Salon Gurus team to increase online visibility and revenue while I do the hair. How can I ask for more for 165 a month

This team of the most impressive young people that I have ever had the pleasure to meet our obsessed with their client so we can be with ours. Their attention to detail. Their constant form of contact. You can be having a small issue with a POS and they are on that in app chat so fast asking would you prefer a quick zoom,phone call or in app assistance like white on rice

Cons

If nothing is jumping to my attention....that is almost unheard of. The only thing I found challenging was to design anything client facing. Email Marketing, Gift Card Art, Your Client Booking App....They all allow customizing. However it is top tier designer worthy of a platform to manipulate for client facing media. As it should. They are eager to get on a 1 on 1 call to educate however. Luckily I have a media designer I granted access to and they worked on it for me. My success coach was happy to collaborate with my rep from my marketing agency,

I love how organized and streamline the entire experience is. I feel like it's extremely easy to make, change and check out appointments with clients.

Overall, Mangomint's customer service is unparalleled. They are SO responsive, supportive, and receptive to feedback. I have never been passed off from one person or division to another. My team also finds their app very easy to navigate and we appreciate how easy it is to transition to Mangomint from other platforms. They are constantly improving and launching new features. Highly recommend!

Pros

Incredible customer support, the app is very user-friendly, beautiful interface, many useful features, transitioning from other platforms is smooth, they are receptive to feedback and constantly improving

Cons

Because they are newer, some features are still on their roadmap and not launched yet. I look forward to trying their new features

Mangomint has been a game-changer for our clinic. The interface is clean, intuitive, and incredibly easy for both clients and staff to use. We’ve used a few other systems but MangoMint is the best we’ve ever used. They have thought of pretty much everything.

Pros

It makes running a salon (especially payroll time) much quicker and easier, clients love it and any questions or concerns we have are always replied to and solved very quickly.

Cons

It’s minor but to make each provider more customizable instead of certain features being all or none.

I Love using MM! It’s really Super easy to use. MM helps keep our salon & spa running smoothly everyday. We would be lost without it.

Pros

It’s super easy to navigate. Keeps my daily appointments organized and clearly visible. Quick checking clients in & out and keeping track of their services & retail items purchased.

Cons

The font on my Daly schedule on mobile app says a so tiny sometimes it’s hard to see the time clearly. I wear contacts and would love it if we could change the font size so I can see things better

So far the experience has been by far the best out of all scheduling applications. The clients seem to find it easy as well to fill out the intake forms and schedule exams

Pros

The fun training module videos, they were easy to grasp and follow. Customer chat is also awesome. They respond fast and are so helpful

Cons

Wish I could see the week view for the entire team. Wish it was easier to customize. Takes a few steps to find my tips, and wish I could have a summary of monthly and weekly tip totals as a provider

I enjoy using Mangomint and I can definitely recommend it to businesses. It is affordable, user-friendly, and fast.

Pros

It is the most user-friendly EMR system we have ever used. The features are very easy to use. You can do almost everything in one click. You can attach forms to appointments, create rooms for your employees, send email and text marketing, text with patients, create templates, and so much more. The best feature for me is creating an appointment within seconds. It is also HIPPA compliant. Their Online Booking integration is super easy too. Plus, it doesn't direct to their website, website visitors stay on your website which increases the amount visitors spend on your website.

Cons

There needs to be some features added. For instance, a product can't be attached to an appointment. You have to do that manually. But they keep improving so I am sure they will get that feature in soon.

The staff at Mangomint went above and beyond to make our transfer from our old booking system onto their system as smooth as humanly possible.

Pros

I really appreciate being able to view pertinent client information from the appointment information to the right of the daily appointment calendar.

Cons

Having to cancel a Membership and then re-enroll the same Membership in order to perform a "2 month freeze" on their account. I also wish that I had the ability to sort and filter from a selection of client parameters in order to create my own reports.

I am new to Mangomint, this year is my first time using it because of where I work, and it is the best platform I have used, and I have used many EMR's , for communicating effectively with patients, easy to learn in a quick time, and it is very straight forward.

Pros

I loved how easy it is for message and communication, payment processing, appointment management, and customer support.

Cons

I wish there was a feature, that when a technicians schedule is in week mode by just moving the appointment over to the last day, it would switch to the following week by being dragged, rather then changing the date on the right hand side appointment information.

I would highly recommend Mangomint. My onboarding experience was amazing. \[sensitive content hidden\] is the best! She was very thorough with explaining all the steps. She was also very patient with me every time I came across an “issue”.

Pros

It’s very user friendly. The customer service is top notch. Every Mangomint employee I’ve dealt with has been super helpful and extremely friendly.

Cons

The cost. I wish the cost was just a little bit cheaper. I understand it’s more for salons with more than one employee, but I like the software so I will pay it.

Started about a year ago. Wasn’t thrilled about trying yet another booking program. The team was so helpful, it just hit easier and more comfortable. We added a club program and that runs smooth as well.

Pros

It’s ease of use, tracking packages and retail. Vital client info. Clients love the ease of use with on line booking. Just love it!!

Cons

Nothing so far. It’s easy to use that’s a must for me.

From the very beginning it’s been a smooth transition. The support team is amazing, if you can’t find the answers in the learning center, someone is always available in the chat feature to help. The whole platform is user friendly and they have a lot to offer. I’m so glad to made the switch to Mangomint.

Pros

It is very user friendly and they have excellent customer support. The clients love to booking site.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of anything that I dislike. We use the email feature and that probably the hardest part for me but I don’t dislike it, just a learning curve I’m trying to master. They do try to make it easy by offering templates to use.
