Great customer service, brilliant and simple product. Thanks to the team at Inpulse for being by our side through our cultural transformation.

Pros

We've been working with the Inpulse team for over 3 years. They've partnered us as we've been transforming our culture across our organisation that has more than 15,000 employees. They always provide top notch support and a best in class product.

Cons

Inpulse are always striving to improve their offering, and work with their clients to build updates. This year I'd like to work with them to integrate Inpulse into some of our apps and people systems like Workday. I'm confident they have the capability to support us.

Change Gaining better insights that our managers can action

Pros

The support included in the license - I have worked with a number of engagement providers but nothing with this support it truly is a partnership. The focus on emotion has been incredible in gaining deeper insight!

InPulse are very friendly and approachable. The company seems quite young but has a bag full of potential and I don't think size or age of an organisation should impact on ones choice of using it's software.

Pros

Great software, for end user it's very easy and intuitive to use. Good design and fast response rates.

Cons

hierarchy design can be time costly and could probably be improved.

Reasons for choosing Inpulse

Inpulse offered a perspective on engagement different to the others we considered. The price was extremely competitive and whilst I think competitors may be more advanced and offer different functionality InPulse does what it does very well. Feel like a developing organisation keen to take on the experience of those they work with.
