Everyone has a background check done by the county, and they are not entered into the system until cleared. If someone is not cleared, Raptor has an alert system if that person tried to sign in. Pros I can find volunteers in the system quickly and easily, and get them signed in and on their way. I also like that if a person is "flagged" for not being allowed to come into the school, there is a big and obvious notification! Cons I would like to be able to pre-sign-in volunteers individually, and not just with a batch print (use a future date and time frame).
