Pros

We loved how fun this platform is. We needed something that allowed people to pick different tables to connect at and Remo did just that!

Cons

I wish there was more time allotted for the two base options. We run a 3 hour event so neither of them are ideal for us.

Pros

Nice room setting with ability to roam from one table to the next

Cons

Absolutely a nightmare to use on a Mac. As a presenter I could not select the screen I wanted to share, nor could I select the proper camera and audio settings. I tried to use Brave, Chrone, FireFox and finally could get some minimal features with Safari...

We've been able to maintain and create new opportunities for networking. We've been able to create new revenue opportunities.

Pros

As a Chamber of Commerce we are very experienced & successful at hosting live events. The challenge of virtual events has been how to replicate the real world feeling of interacting with another person. When we use REMO.co we've been able to accomplish this goal.

Cons

No good way to establish a private one vs one meeting

Excellent experience would recommend to any company that is trying to get large numbers together from various parts of the country/world

Pros

As a first time user of this kind of platform/software I was very impressed with the ease to get started. There was a short simple tutorial that highlighted the features of this networking platform and then once in the platform I was able to quickly update my profile and start exploring.

Cons

The only con I can report is the networking is virtual. Although this platform made it easier to see and talk to people from around the world.

Pros

This product is easy to use, i have just finished setting up our first event and it all seemed to go very well. I'm looking forward to using it for our first time event. Customer service has also been a huge help!

Cons

It would be great if you could have more customization in the packages, e.g.; more sponsors within one of the package, but there's not much else I've seen that is a con yet

We are in an environment where it's hard to make your self stand out in the virtual events space. I am hoping that Remo will help us.

Great networking functionality but truly awful customer support.

Pros

The platform lets users join private video chats in small groups by clicking on virtual 'tables' in an office floorplan which is really great functionality. Nothing else particularly notable though.

Cons

The customer service was terrible. The platform experienced issues during an event, and despite their customer support saying they would be online and available for support (I had previously experienced issues with the platform) they were non-response. I cancelled my account the next day.

I loved the experience of using and the possibilities of interactions in my company and also in courses I take. It gives possibilities to carry out different activities.

Pros

I was very impressed with the tool, with the free movement of the rooms, with the possibility of interacting in various ways and with the facilitation resources.

Cons

There is no possibility to customize the floor rooms with up to 10 people each room, this could mean that I do not need to use other tools that meet this need.

I used REMO while I was attending an industry event and enjoyed the experience so much, I convinced my client team to purchase it for our next virtual event.

Pros

As realistic to a virtual networking event that allows for seamless moving around and visitation. Clean design and feel. Push notifications to all attendees. Sponsorship of 'lounges'.

Cons

The product demos while informative are over 2 hours long which is just unrealistic. Wish customer service/sales had more availability. Product is inuitive - but we have questions that aren't answered in their tutorials.

I attended 2 conferences that were forced to go all virtual, and am organizing a major national conference for December 2020. I love the ability of individuals to move themselves from table to table, and to interact with full video.

Pros

Worked best for people to socialize virtually one-on-one or in small groups. Used it for several Happy Hours, Exhibit Halls and one breakout for policy discussion.

Cons

We should be able to choose which floors in building are over-ridden by presentation mode, so you could have Expo Hall continue all day on Floor 1 while different concurrent presentations go on Floors 2-5, for example. Also, need better instructions for new users - it takes a while for people to understand all the controls. That's particularly true for the whiteboard section. The whiteboard tools are not intuitive and at a minimum need more of a description when you hover over them.

Our overall experience was positive and would definitely use it again, if the need for virtual events is necessary. We actually had several of our participants reach out to learn more about REMO from us as they enjoyed the experience.

Pros

I felt as though the software was user friendly and we received the support from REMO during the set-up process. We purchased the Producer for one month (to only be used for one week) and were completely satisfied with our experience

Cons

There truly was not anything that I disliked about the software

This was a decent "socially distant" substitute for a trade-show type setup. It would be nice if it were possible to leave your table set up (screen share, etc.) running if you step away to another table.

Pros

Easy to set up my presentation and see who is around the rest of the "room"

Cons

It is difficult to draw people to your table. In person, of course, you can say "hello" to people as they pass by. Perhaps organizers should periodically send out messages about different tables or greetings from their hosts to interest attendees in tables they have not visited.

Overall, I have not seen a more unique and cool tool for hosting a virtual conference.

Pros

The product is sufficient and reliable for virtual conferences. There are many tools available for users during the conference. I really enjoyed the conference table layout and the ability to speak to my smaller group during sessions.

Cons

While there are many cool features, the initial entrance into the virtual conference was busy- lots of options for clicking!

Virtual events with breakout sessions and the ability for participants to self move around

Pros

It replicated an in person conference experience as closely as you could imagine virtually. I loved the tables, the side seating areas, and the stage with projectors.

Cons

That I could only have 6 people at one table, I wish it was more customizable and blended the benefits of virtual meetings (everyone together in one space talking if its a smaller event, and then breakouts per table) with it's "in-person" conference style

I have been on many platforms -- all attempting to create a virtual conference and or meeting space, this is by far the worst of them all.

Pros

Help Desk had a friendly person staffed to answer all the questions that a good UI would have eliminated the need for.

Cons

The company needs to replicate the user experience, namely, when additional buildings are added. The use of yellow callouts are the first sign that a design makeover is needed. This app would fall flat on its face without the Help desk being staffed by a REMO agent.
