Pros: This application solves a number of issues for us mainly the ability to communicate with our clients via text messaging and record the entire conversation on a central server so nothing is lost. It is an easy product to use and administrate. It also is highly rated by the users.

Cons: Everything has gone smoothly and there have been no complaints from the end users.

Overall: Great team that is responsive and easy to work with. They assisted in the setup and training. Everything went very smoothly.

Pros: The platform is very easy and intuitive to use, and new users are able to be on-boarded quickly with little training needed. I'm most impressed with their support and management team. They welcome feedback are very responsive. The simplicity of Uplink has helped increase our customer experience, communication, and tracking across our sales team.

Cons: Would be nice to have the ability to text more than one person at a time.

Pros: Ability to have viability into all prospect communication within our Salesforce org and not having to overhaul sales teams daily routines.

Cons: Managing change while implementing a new technology - which is not unique to UpLink.

Overall: Our sales team was using their phones to text prospects. texts were not documented. Uplink gave us the ability to not change our process AND the benefit of documenting every text to to a prospect.

Filled a huge gap in our sales process.

Pros: I love how you can get a corporate number added to your phone and any texts that are for business purposes are logged in Salesforce. It allows to run reports on texting activities with clients. It's the metrics companies need for the new generation of communication.

Cons: It's new and will need to add features in the future.
