### "Surefire Is a Sure Thing!"

We were nervous to change at first and thought it was 'too good to be true' but decided after talking to several references, we'd give it a shot. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was great getting us started and listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and edits, and we are very happy with the end product. We were then handed off to our rep, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], who has been incredible from the start. We chat with her weekly and she's very understanding with all of our questions and we feel very comfortable with her.

Pros

We like that it's a one-stop shop for marketing with incredible customer support! We can post to multiple platforms, track what people are interested in on our site, listen to leads, and get help from our rep within minutes. Our rep, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], is always making great suggestions, answering our questions or finding out the answers for us, and she makes us feel like we matter to her and to Surefire.

Cons

At first we didn't like that we couldn't make direct changes to the website ourselves. On our old platform we could go in and change things pretty easily. We quickly learned that we should allow the 'pros' to do those changes and to be honest, all we have to do is send a request and it's honored in just a short time! We just had to get used to the new system.

Reason for choosing Surefire Local

Honestly it was because of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the references he supplied. We went with our gut and it seemed like the best bang for our bucks.

### "extremely unhappy customer"

HORRIBLE. They do not complete the work in the promised time frames and just leave you hanging for weeks on end.

Pros

Their sales team sales a great product or so they say. The offerings sounded like they would help us greatly.

Cons

The set up and follow up team does not do their job. I have been ignored and promised things for 2 months that have not been completed yet as of this writing 3/12/26. All but a couple of pictures in our gallery are not our pictures and I have asked for over 2 months to have them changed.

### "A Disheartening Experience with Surefire Local"

From the outset, Integrity Device Repair's journey with Surefire Local has been fraught with unfulfilled promises and persistent issues. Despite the initial assurance of a seamless experience, the reality was starkly different. The platform consistently failed to meet the expectations set forth in the SLA agreement, with frequent delays and unresolved issues that hindered our operations. One of the most frustrating aspects was the delayed response time from customer care. Our ticket submissions often languished without timely resolutions, leaving us unable to effectively utilize key features like GeoJuice or respond to customer reviews. This lack of support severely impacted our ability to engage with our clientele and manage our online presence effectively. The website development process was another area of significant disappointment. Promised a completion timeframe of 30-45 days, we found ourselves waiting far longer, with resolutions taking an exasperating 5-8 days to materialize. When the website was finally nearing completion, the quality was subpar, with mismatched font families and other design inconsistencies. Despite our repeated requests for corrections, these issues were never adequately addressed. Our attempts to seek a refund were met with silence, as our inquiries went unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. This lack of communication only compounded our dissatisfaction, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued as clients. Ultimately, Surefire Local failed to deliver on its promises, resulting in a deeply unpleasant experience for Integrity Device Repair. The breach of the SLA and the refusal to issue a refund have left us with no choice but to express our discontent. Based on our experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend Surefire Local to any business seeking reliable and responsive service.

Pros

Initially, GeoJuice was the most appealing feature, but it never worked properly, and the delayed content upload times were horrendous.

Cons

The customer response times and the website development timeframe expectations were horrendous.

### "Liars and Thieves"

Liars and Thieves. They did almost nothing. The results was zero. I'm going to have to close my bank account to keep them from charging me again.

I liked what they said, it all sounded very convincing and made a lot of sense, but it was not true.

Cons

I don't like being lied to. I don't like being scammed. I don't like being robbed in broad daylight with my eyes open.

That's the worst advertising company I ever had, they promised me that, since the day I signed with them will pass three weeks and then I'll be receiving so many calls, but never happened, I wish I can get back all the money, around $1.700 plus tha I paid with my credit card

### "BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMER"

The application is okay. It is priced way too much. We hired Surefire in November of 2023, not knowing all our options, and used their platform for the contract length of three months plus a couple more. The web interface is okay. We found Thrive CRM, which does the same function, plus we get a database function with it for a fraction of the cost. I canceled well before they charged our card again in March 2024. They charged it anyway and then tried to contact me to save the business. I had to dispute the charge with American Express and waste a lot of time going back and forth with Surefire Local. I would recommend you check out Thrive CRM and compare. Surefire is not a great marketing partner at all.

Single Platform to publish content to Facebook, Google Business and Linkedin

Cons

The cost is way too much. We looked for alternatives once we saw the most essential assistance provided by Surefire

### "Fraudulent Business"

We are thoroughly disappointed with Surefire Local. Their promises of boosting our online presence, lead generation, SEO optimization, and so on fell flat, leaving our company to question the value of this business. The communication from their team is deplorable! We found ourselves days, even weeks, for responses to our questions and concerns, any responses given were vague and unhelpful. They severely undervalue their clients. Surefire's strategies yielded no results, we continue to work on our marketing efforts in house although WE ARE STILL BEING CHARGED. Our marketing investment continues to be wasted. You're not paying for a collaboration or service, you are paying to use their software and that IT. We warn all other businesses to not work with Surefire Local. The lack of communication, ineffective strategies, and overall unprofessionalism make then a horrible choice for businesses looking to improve their online presence. I regret investing in their services and would not recommend them to anyone.

### "Buyer Beware!"

It has been an absolute waste of my time and money. Unfortunately, I seem to be on the must avoid and definitely don't let her log in category right now, so cancelling these recurring charges on my VISA is a whole different battle. They sure are quick to be, right on time each month, but can't return a phone call of do anything for our organization for the past 6 months.

Pros

They talk a big sales pitch, called me for 1 call, avoided calling me back for several other sessions they scheduled, and talked about hurrying up to get me on the "platform". I've paid thousands of dollars for nothing! Try getting them to cancel and refund you! That's the nightmare I have right now! Do your homework, and spend your money wisely, by avoiding Surefire Local like the plague.

Cons

The least thing I like is the fact I've never seen any of the so-called software, but I'm out thousands of dollars and can't get anyone to call me back.

### "Premium Plan is a SCAM with a good sales team"

From the beginning, Surefire Local Sales Team promised us a lot. We signed the 3-month contract on the Premium Plan which included Account Manager (who was available for a call only 5-7 days after I needed assistance) Reputation Management (never used) Content Publisher (we received 0 content for after 2 months of use) Directory Optimization (Marketing team never optimized anything) GeoJuice (Could be Useful) Chatbot (Clients used it) Email Marketing (never used) Social Media Management (we received 0 content for after 2 months of use) Search Optimized Blog (we received 0 content for after 2 months of use) Posts (we received 0 content for after 2 months of use) PPC Management (never launched, telling us, that Marketing team never worked with Locksmith before) LSA Optimization (Marketing team never optimized anything) Digital Marketing Strategist (I never even had a call with a marketing strategist, only with the account manager!) I send a cancellation ticket from the website. No response. We stopped using the software. As I mentioned before, the contract was only for 3 months. 6 months later we received the invoice for 6 months! No calls, no emails about payments. With only a 3-month contract, how can you possibly collect money for 6 months?

Pros

The software itself is OK. Definitely not for their price. I would pay $200 for the software itself.

Cons

This software is not for mobile locksmith services or any services where you need more than just a phone from your client. When I used the software myself, that was ok. As for CRM, we needed additional information about our clients, such as the make and model of the vehicle. The price for the basic package was too high, so we purchased the Premium plan which includes all the content creation, SEO, PPC management. The marketing by itself works terribly, you can schedule calls only in 5-7 days.

### "Never got a chance to use their platform."

Never got off the starting block. Our agreement going into it was that they would not need or request admin access. That's the first thing they did once they got paid. I'm not looking forward to the battle got get my money back.

Their sales pitch. It was good. But they immediately broke trust when they decided to request administrative access, which they were asked about over 10 times. They always said they didn't need it... but in the end, that's the first thing they asked for after they got paid.

The fact that as soon as they got paid, they requested exactly what they said they would not need. Administrative access.

### "Expensive Mistake"

They promised everything, provided almost nothing, and wasted thousands of our dollars. We wanted to support a local company but after a full year of being ripped off, 3 different account managers, and a steady DECREASE in organic leads, WE ARE DONE and hope that no one else has to experience what we have. Surefire Local seems like a sinking ship. The turnover rate of employees is rapid and very concerning. Hiring Surefire Local was a very expensive mistake for our business.

The only useful service provided by Surefire Local was the scheduled marketing posts they did.

Cons

Almost everything as it was not user friendly and it was terribly redundant.

### "Waste of money -- keep away"

Total disaster. I was lied to get me to commit to the company, so I'm considering a fraudulent inducement to contract case against them. Stay away is my best advice. The sales people will lie to you, and it's only after they have your card and money is taken that you learn the truth.

Pros

There's little I liked about the software as I promised in November 2021 that ads would be running "by Thanksgiving". By the time of my cancellation (this month) exactly zero ads ran. They did do some canned social media posts, but it was a total waste of money that did nothing to drive clients to me.

Cons

The dropping a pin feature was not as easy as represented. I had numerous calls with employees to resolve various problems, and they stopped communicating with me, or providing any help whatsoever in January 2022. The so called client rep ignored me and my emails for over three months.

Awful experience. Frustrating for a small business owner.

The dashboard is pretty good and the app was ok to use

They never delivered the website they promised after 8 weeks. The only lead calls I got were spam calls. The website leads I got were from out of state. When I asked if we could target my local area they said they can’t do that.

Horrible. Spent hours attempting to work with rep, but content writers were incapable of producing practice state specific material.

Pros

Nothing good to say. Wasted thousands of dollars!

Cons

Sales rep and account manager misrepresented their expertise in marketing for elder law, probate and estate planning practitioners. Content was horrendous.

Reason for choosing Surefire Local

Sales rep represented that they had in depth experience to assist small law firms market.
