They refuse to issue refunds for products that never show up. They refuse to cancel orders, claiming they have already gone to print, 30 seconds after you submit an order.... DO NOT USE THEM. Cons Customer service, especially someone named "RC", Their inability to communicate order updates and tracking information, not being able to cancel an order 30 seconds after submitting it, becasue they claim it "already went to print".
