The templates allow us to be uniform in our correspondence with patients, and as we slowly reopen our practice to in-office visits, Doctible allows us to quickly and easily communicate with patients. Definitely something that is worth celebrating. Pros What i like most about this software is how easy it is to use. It is also quick and easy to send to patients. All it takes is a few minuted to send out. Great for busy offices! Cons What i liked least about the software is that i manually have to enter data from patients. A week after installation a representative called to inquire how we were doing. We asked the representative to call us back due to being busy at the time. We are still waiting. So the follow-up needs to be much better than what you're doing because you're not calling back after being asked to. Pros Simplicity of the usage of the software. Cons The messages are not individualized. Thus we must cover other patient's names in order to scan our message into the patients chart. The layout of the software is is simple and organized. Cons So far I don't really see any cons. Possibly if we don't get many reviews from out patients, the cost may come into play.
