I know there are so many things I can use it for I am still learning Pros The patient communicator is life changing! I didn't have the ability to text before and this has saved me so much time. Cons I honestly have zero complaints. Honestly I do not use it to it's full capacity, but I truly can't complain. If I have an issue I can call and thy walk me through whatever I need. The messages are instant. So far I have not had any security issues. Our patients tells us everyday how much they love the service and how much it has helped them keep up with their appointments. It has cut down on phone calls during office hours and it has 100% been the best decision our office has made! Cons You cannot edit info easily or at all on certain situations. We used to have constant issues and frustrated patients filling out paper forms in the office or sending them back and forth by email. Nothing integrated properly with our EHR, and it was a mess. With Doctible’s digital forms, everything is smooth, efficient, and easy—for both staff and patients! Cons We would love to see full integration with NextGen. While the current features are incredibly helpful, a deeper integration—especially one that pulls demographic and medical info directly into the EHR—would make the workflow even more seamless. Cons Doesn't integrate with EMR, making for more steps for my staff. Also, they rope you into a self-renewing contract for $300/mo. Not worth it. The two way texting and appointment reminder software are wonderful to use. Cons Honestly it all works really well haven’t had many issues with it. Everything has worked for the time being. I was very disappointed in the support or lack there of we received with the online forms. Due to the issue we had to find another service provider that had an efficient workflow for our office. I found it difficult to communicate with anyone due to people working remotely and there was a delay in communication due to this. I feel that we should have had the ability to terminate the online forms portion of the contract due to the service issue and then the change of platform as the change no longer met our needs or made it efficient for us to use. Pros One feature our office likes about Docitble is the ability to send links specific to our office locations. Prior to using Doctible, we would request that our patients review us on Google. One office location had a ton of reviews and the others weren't ranking as high, due to this. Doctible allowed us to request reviews for the individual offices, which helped to even out the ratings. Cons At one point we were utilizing Doctible online forms. At first it was easy to use and made the intake process more efficient. Then there was an issue with the developer. We weren't able to open the files that were being completed by our patients. We then had to request that they manually complete the forms in our office, which meant they were doing double the work. Doctible's solution was for us to email the patient names and they would retrieve the files. At times, we were able to do this prior to the patient coming in, but the majority of the time the patient was already in the office and we needed the forms. This became inefficient because the patient was then competing the info 2x, it was more work for us, and we were paying for a service that was not being provided. We were only compensated for 1 month of service when the issue went on for over 3 months. Then the platform for the forms was changed due to the issue that Docitble was having with the third party developer. We had no choice to switch, but the new forms were not efficient for our office, as they were separated by office location. When I reached out to support I was told that we were contracted and we had to pay for the service even if we weren't using it. That was not the service we signed up for. Review Source MT Melissa T. The customer care and follow up is wonderful. I would tell anyone that the customer service and level of professionalism with Doctible is top tier. Doctible is always there to help when you need them. Pros Doctible has been a tremendous help to our office staff, doctors and our patients. Everything from office to patient communication, appointment reminders and notifications to forms and patient information is streamlined in the software making our jobs much easier and patient compliance greater. Cons I do not think there is anything that I can list that I dislike. Although both had a basic review outreach, the Doctible system was more user friendly for our patients and Doctible did a much nicer job in getting the reviews onto Google. They also helped make the reviews available on our website (Google and non Google reviewers) so all future patients could see them. The also scan the reviews and any that seem like a question needs to be addressed they send it directly to me so it can be taken care of ASAP. Cons I can't think of anything that would be a deterrent to using the doctible Review system. Reason for choosing Doctible It was the only one that would work with our current software/phone company to incorporate dental reviews and post them to the google platform and onto our website . Any issue I have had has been resolved within the day or latest next day. The 2-way texting and the review management has been our favorite feature of doctible. We have seen a huge increase in the amount of google reviews we are receiving weekly. Pros I love most the ease of use of the doctible dashboard, the convenience of being able to text our patients in real time. I also like that our texting number is the same as out office phone number so there is no confusion for the patient. The other thing I love about doctible is the customer support. It is helpful being able to live chat with the doctible support team. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The integration on boarding process was easy and all of our staff learned the doctible software within a day. Cons Doctible has a feature to read our EMR (Compulink) software appointment schedule. So when patients request appointments online they can actually see our availability. As of now doctible is not able to write back to our Compulink appointment schedule. That would be something we wish to see in the future and from my understanding they are working on it with Compulink. Switched from [4PatientCare](https://www.capterra.com/p/210816/4PatientCare/) we switched from using 4patientcare because we needed an API that would integrate with our cloud based EMR software, we were also intrigued by the other features like 2 way texting and review management which at the time was not offered by 4patientcare Review Source SR Shelly R. June 27, 2023 5.0 The best take away from using Doctible was the amount of reviews generated and posted directly to Google not through a third party. Doctible made it easy for our patients to leave a review and then Doctible posted the review to Google so our patients didn't have to! Pros For us the amount of reviews posted to Google after we started Doctible was amazing! Doctible definetely bumped us up on the Google listing as well. Also the price was very conservative compared to other companies providing the same services or close to the same services. Cons I wish Doctible could do talk to text and also integtrate your new patients forms to automatically populate in the software system we use for our Dental office. Cons Patients used to be able to leave a star rating directly on Doctible and that feature was taken away. Now to leave a star rating they HAVE to go on to google or facebook. Cons I do wish that it was easier to get to the daily reviews. I used to get emails daily but there was glitch and now I don't. We can communicate like a "regular" person with the patient and seem more connected (but still professional) that way. And it's great that Doctible is easy to use, due to the way that it's website is creatively layed out. Cons The integration is seamless...all these years, don't remember having an issue where Doctible disconnected from Dentrix. And it's easy to use and communicate with patients.. But I wish there was a link that patients could use to request it instead of us having to send it. There is also so much integration with compulink that I wish there was a more direct way to attach the forms. It is great to hear people's feedback on the automatic email we receive after every review. The system is pretty much just set it and forget it as everything is taken care of! Pros I love how it has given us so many reviews. It has helped take our business to the next level, and we have gotten many more patients due to the reviews we have received and have been receiving. Cons There are not many cons about Doctible, if I were to say anything, I would say that the messages to our patients sometimes confuse the patients. Occasionally, we will get patients thinking that the message from Doctible is a scam and do not do the reviews due to that. I'm not sure what could be done about that. After decades in this business Doctible has been the most cost effective way to market our business Cons The ONLY negative is that we still need to manually enter the information to send out a review. Reason for choosing Doctible We used Doctible for a few years succesfully. We switched the dental software we were using and they told us they would be able to send out requests for google reviews at no additional cost. Immediately we saw a drop off in google reviews.
