It makes confirming appointments and sending new patient forms easy. Cons It does not automatically send patients confirmations or confirm them without manually changing their appt status in Dentrix. Pros The easy communication between us and our new and existing patients is such a benefit. Not sure we could ever go back to only phone conversations again simply because how easy it is to communicate and send pictures through text. Cons I realize PBS Endo is a very small market of users but it would be awesome to be able to text through doctible right from our dental platform. But we manage toggling between the two fine. The daily review used to require less clicks. An update changed it for the worst. Pros Helps generate reviews! The software is effective. Cons Price increases without notification. I went and reviewed and there had been multiple price hikes. We were going to cancel until the fixed our costs. Customer service was always helpful and the software did what it was supposed to do. Pros We love our Doctible website, it looks nice, is user friendly and the price is fair. Cons We were happy with all the software until Nexhealth called and enticed us with their ability to copy digital forms to Dentrix. Pros I find it so easy to use. I can pick and choose who I want to receive reviews and then also pick and choose which ones to post! Pros Once you set up everything, you can pretty much sit back and watch your reviews come in. Auto responses are great; they keep you HIPAA compliant, and it gives you opportunity to reach out to unhappy patients. Cons In my last practice, I set this up as automatic. When I brought my current practice on, I was told the automatic release was no longer an option. I was able to talk them into doing the automatic feature. Our office has seen an increase in Google reviews since introducing Doctible to our office. Cons Truly, I do not have any "cons" about Doctible. Don't sign contract until you know that they are not fully integrated with Dentrix. I would highly recommend Doctible who is looking for a software to help with Social Marketing (Reviews) Pros We use the Doctible for Reviews with have been a great in getting new patients to schedule with us and to improve our practice with how the patients view their experience with us. Cons there is nothing that I don't like with Doctible Reason for choosing Doctible We liked that the reviews come to us first. If we have a negative review it is only seen on Doctible and we can contact the patient at that time and it also helps us correct the issue so it will not happen in the future. Doctible offers a low barrier-to-entry entry option; utilizing patient feedback to generate interest and awareness. We've seen a massive uptick in Google reviews since adoption. Cons Very few, but noticeable changes to the online interface make for some minor inconveniences. Reason for choosing Doctible Lighthouse was pricey and has a bloated package offering. These are important to me because we pride ourselves on great customer service and patient experience. People on social media tend to be brutally honest. Pros I like that their software is customer friendly. Patients are more likely to give a review. It as easy at as a click of a button. I like that if there is a less then steller review you have the opportunity to deal with it before hand. If I receieve 3 stars I contact the patient to see what we could have done better. The one thing is if we get a 3 star which is rare I think automatically something didn't go well. When contacting the patient it usually is patient perspective and a 3 is generally great to them. Cons I have not had any issues with their software going on 3 years. Reason for choosing Doctible We track all our referrals. Our referrals come from our own patients our next referral is from patients who see our great reviews and pick up the phone and call.
