By partnering Doctible we are able to offer products a la carte, as bundles and also as part of our all inclusive packages. The customer service the Doctible team provides is beyond I have received with any other partner. They go above and beyond to understand our user needs and reporting needs and collaborate with us and our other partners to ensure we and our clients are getting what they need. Pros This software has multiple uses and is very easy to use and implement the solutions we want for our clients. Cons So far there is nothing I don't like about the software. It is meeting all of our needs and what functionality they don't have currently, they are willing to put on their roadmap and develop. Reason for choosing Doctible We chose Doctible over other services, because they offer multiple solutions that serve multiple needs for both us and our clients. They assist in any way that the client needs. Pros The thing I like most is that we are getting obvious reactions and communication back from our patients when we send email campaigns, text messages and now as we implement using the Payment Collector we are seeing action. Cons The interface with MediTouch didn't pull the phone numbers in the correct order. There were a few things that I didn't understand regarding the way the system thinks or interacts with our emr that I figured out as we went along. Doctible was the key to combating this. We were able to send out reviews to satisfied patients who were more than happy to write us the positive reviews we deserve and give us 5 stars. Without Doctible I am not sure how we would have stopped this 1 person from unjustly destroying our good reputation. We monitor our reviews closely through Doctible now to maintain our good name.
