We use Doctible to capture the thoughts of our valuable patients, good and bad, so we can become better at serving the people of Oklahoma by improving their oral health.

Pros

We love how easy this product is to use and it truly does increase the numbers of reviews we receive from our patients.

Cons

N/A...there isn't anything I do not like about Doctible and we appreciate their occasional updates making it better in areas we had not thought about.

INCREDIBLE! I need something and it happens like magic. Adding online pay button, adding pictures, removing information etc. They are super efficient.

Pros

How easy it is for people to leave a review. The texting to confirm appointments is easy and effective.

Cons

Would have like to have been able to change contact phone numbers to update as needed.

Pros

I like that doctible had pre-set messages to quickly send to patients

Cons

I do not like that once someone chooses to opt out they can no longer ever be messaged again. Some patients accidentally opt out and still want to be messaged.

Doctible was easy to set up and implement--my clients loved being able to text and I loved being hipaa compliant.

Cons

I used this software for texting appt reminders and communication with my clients

### "A Great Addition to our Marketing!"

A very pleasant experience from start to finish. During the initial call, I really felt as if I were having a conversation and not just hearing a sales pitch. I greatly appreciated the followup calls as well. Everyone always wanted to ensure that we were comfortable with the new program and offered to answer any questions that we had.

Pros

The software is very user friendly. Simple and easy to connect to Google and Facebook platforms. Plus, you have all the reviews stored in one place for easy reference. You can set up an auto reply or log onto the platforms to respond individually. Plus, the receivers can opt out of the service via text if needed, saving time and potential frustration/complaints.

Cons

The only con I have (and its not even really a con) is that the people that do not have a Google or Facebook account have no where to leave reviews. We have received a few feedback submissions (usually reserved for potentially bad reviews), but were in fact good reviews from people that didn't have either of the accounts. We'll be putting those reviews on our website for sure!

Cost-only in office 3 days a week. If we were here more then I feel the cost would be competitive.

Overall the system has been working well.

Pros

I like that Doctible offers more characters for you to type our patients. The intake forms are very easy for patients to complete.

Cons

I do not like that Doctible does not automatically integrate with our system unless the patient has an appointment. Meaning we have to manually put in the patients information in order to send them a message.

Pros

Doctible is easy to use (literally effortless) with immediate, desired results. Because our office is referral based, patient feed back is vital for our practice. Doctible enabled potential patients and referring doctors to review patient testimonies of their experience in our office. I highly recommend Doctible!

Pros

We only utilize the document portion of Doctible. It was simple to start up and easy to get the forms created.

Cons

Although it does integrate with Dentrix, it does not put the completed forms directly into the pt health history. It only saves a copy into the doc center.

I especially love this service because we can connect with our patients with just one text message using Patient Communicator function.

Pros

For everything we use or buy, we always have a problem using it. Doctible customer service is right there in the chat, and always responds very promptly. They can solve almost all your questions or problems right there right away. Love it!

Cons

If there is a selection of time frame when it sends out review request or follow up e-mail, it would be fantastic. For example, in dental offices, we want to follow up cases after a certain number of days.

After we were shut down by Covid 19, Doctible was extremely efficient, kind and helpful in putting a pause on our account and granting 2 free months. They understand the relationships necessary in business and that is extremely valuable to me as many other companies exist. It truly is a team.

I was hesitant at first to use doctible but we needed a way to have reviews done for us (we live in a small town and it is very competitive). It is very easy to set up and use. We are thankful that we now get to see reviews daily and even get feedback from our patients.

Pros

How easy it is to use. Great customer service.

Cons

I wish people didn't have to have a google account in order to leave a google review but we understand this isn't your fault.
