It worked right away, signed up my other clients after it proved to be useful.

Pros

The fact that they a "no commitment policy" makes it more inviting. They prove it works and you stay on board because it does. The software is very user friendly, big buttons and clean interface.

Cons

Wish it would add more a la carte items, instead of having to take the leap for a bigger package.

Experience with Doctible has been wonderful. Customer service was prompt in answering any questions that may have occurred. During our Covid-19 shut-down, they did not charge the very low monthly fee.

Pros

Getting reviews for our office has never been easier. Doctible sends a request for our patients who have had appointments, to write a review and then Doctible posts those reviews on Google. We have never gotten so many reviews on Google until we enlisted Doctible.

Cons

Can not think of anything I disliked about the software

WONDERFUL

Pros

Loved how easy it was to use this software. Support was always right there and very knowledgeable and kind. Would still be using if we did not get a confirmation service that already did this in the price.

Cons

People would only leave stars and no comments. but that is the users fault not the programs I guess.

It was wonderful from the start. Met the customer service rep at Agd annual meeting he was very helpful and instrumental on getting the ball rolling. From there it has been all good. Even recommended to our state affinity program.

Pros

Very user friendly and our patients loved it also. Saves us alot of tmie

Cons

It is for the future iand relates to my only "4". Which is still very good. Going forward it would be beneficial if we could also chose a language. We manually write some txt in spanish. We have many spanish speaking patients and they would be better served if their appointments and reminders were in spanish.

Pros

The easy to use software and instant communication with our patients has been fantastic. In the current society environment, clear communication with our patients is a must! I have received wonderful customer support with any questions I have had. I highly recommend Doctible.

Overall we're having better success with patients responding via text and our Google and Facebook reviews!

Pros

The ease of texting w/patients and the Google Reviews - our reviews went from 20 to 72 within 2 months! I also like that the texts display the practice phone number, and the reminder texts are minimal so patients don't get overwhelmed

Cons

We would really like patient recall - if a patient hasn't been seen in 3-4 weeks an automatic text and/or email would be sent to them

We have had a good experience so far with the product.

Pros

You an personalize messages that are sent out to customers vs calling to have an operator create what you want with the software.

Cons

The only con with this product is that there isn't an easy way to contact past due clients by an integrated list as our old product had.

Lighthouse was having multiple issues that was causing the software not to work and with our busy practice and all the covid changes it was creating a multitude of issues in the practice other than that we enjoyed their software.

I think Doctible is super helpful despite the technical errors.

Pros

I love the patient communicator. It makes it very easy for us to get in touch with our patients for urgent maters. Our patients also find it very helpful that we're able to send them text messages.

Cons

There was a time where a patient received a reminder text for an appointment that wasn't in the schedule. There are also times where patients wont get their reminder text.

The campaign and emails were kind of klunky to use at first, but it works well.

Doctible helps us stay on top of the daily schedules and also with notifying patients that their glasses and or contact lenses are in. Patients tend to respond to text messages faster then making the phone call. Love the communication!!

Pros

Doctible gives our office a feeling of having an extra employee to help out with all the bits and pieces that can slip through the cracks. It gives me such a feeling of control with scheduling and communicating with our patients. And, our patients like it as well. The element of communication is such a priority when you want a successful business.

Cons

Having to go into REV and hit the confirm button when the patients confirm they are coming to their appointment.

The customer support is excellent!

Pros

I researched the company and decided to hire them on a trial base. I need had an outside company for Social Media. I decided to cut back on our listing with the Yellow Pages Online and give Doctible a change. We are extremely happy with the program and their service. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

Being still new... so far things are flawless. Nothing bad to report
