We are very pleased with the product and service it provides. Pros The ease of contacting patients who may not be available by phone is incredible! Texting is the new wave at this time and it saves my staff having to call the patient, rather sending a quick text is much more efficient. Each time I have spoken with the support team, they have been responsive and prompt in both answering questions and explaining the way to get the most out of the product. Pros How easy it was to setup with the help of the Doctible staff and how simple it is use to connect with clients without making them feel inundated with too many requests. Cons I haven't found anything about it that we don't like yet. Reason for choosing Doctible The sales rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did a great job explaining it and knowing that there was no contract to deal with was also a reason we decided to try Doctible. Pros This software is so easy to use and the technical support team has always been there the instant I have any questions or concerns. The program has made my job, at least, 10 times easier when communicating with my patients and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wears multiple hats in their office. Cons I would like to see a timed response or reminder application. It would be nice to set a reminder for our patients a year from their last appointment to ensure repeat service annually. Cons The updates do the software made it so I have to take an extra step to get to the dashboard. This system allowed such a quick and simple connection to our patients to make sure we have received effortless feedback to improve our offices as well as make it easy for them to locate our Google and Facebook pages.
