It has the best metrics for my use in quality analysis Pros As someone not in purchasing, the software does provide metrics for analysis on responsiveness, price changes and OTD (on-time-delivery) Cons There are no quality modules that can tie into this software. Also both internally and externally, getting people to use another portal is challenging. A number of supplier refuse to use this as a means of communication. Pros Even if you don't receive a training, I consider is a friendly platform easy to understand. Cons at the beginning there were some inconvenients with the information we see and some charts were not available for revision (to be edited) but with the prompt support of the Software support team, those problems were easily solved. We are scored on our on time or late deliveries. Due to the ease of this system we have achieved consistently good scores. Pros Once my customer enters his requests. I receive an email notification from SourceDay. I am then able to quickly Identify how many jobs I need to produce pricing for. I can then enter the per piece price, and confirm turn time. Very easy. If something comes up and we need more time for delivery or a job is ready before it is due, I can go in and change the information and my customer is notified with an email from SourceDay. Great way to keep track of everything, update them on price changes, notify them of any delays in shipping, and then provide them tracking numbers for all shipments.
