Much of my use is dictated by our HR company, but generally speaking, I can get what I need, and it works well. It could probably have a bit better interface, but it does work.

Pros

The features are all there, and fairly easy to use.

Cons

It's not the most modern/attractive looking interface.

It isn’t bad. Except for when the system got hacked! i never went to live that nightmare again.

Pros

I love how once you get used to navigating around the system, it’s super easy to navigate. I like how it flags certain warnings that we wouldn’t know to look for had it not of.

Cons

Some things are tricky. I feel like there are a lot of reports that could easily be consolidated. Also, the system terminates employee’s that aren’t terminated randomly and changes things on its own a good bit.

I have been using Pulse/Client Space for 7 years and love it. Just recently started using Prism HR's payroll platform and find it can be a bit challenging to learn. Overall, I love Prism HR products.

Pros

Ease of use, workflow functionality, one stop shop for client information

New development can several months for release
