Pros The simplicity of uploading shift reports and ease of populating each field. It's very simple to plan shifts as well with the copying feature. Cons Unable to upload files larger the 10MB to the Project Document section. Found system easy to use. Pros Gather is user friendly, it is set out nicely and I find it easy to navigate around the different areas. Pros The reporting side of Gather is very helpful, this allows us to see statistics relating to specific jobs. It gives us a clear oversight of what areas of a project we need to improve or what areas we are doing well in, instantly improving productivity within projects. Cons Its hard to find something that I don't really like about Gather. If I had to choose it would be that we aren't able to store competencies against each employee. This being said, I was advised not long ago that they are thinking of possibly implementing this into the software.
