Encourages the inclusion of all necessary information. Cons It does not yet include a mass download feature which can prove to be an issue when multiple files are needed - however the support team can usually get me these files pretty quickly. A feature consisting of a box that can be drawn in would also be massively helpful so sheets can be hand signed on tablets by the employer on the day Review Source AC Anthony C. Cons Their is a lot of information used, that is covered in other software we use. Pros Efficient to use especially when entering numerous labour resources, plant, materials etc. Excellent for tracking site labour working hours in line with fatigue management. Easy accessible PDF file past daily reports. Cons Nothing to dislike, as mentioned in previous review. December 12, 2025 5.0 Enjoyed transferring to Gather from our old shift reporting system as it has made life easier for all of us to collate shift reports. Pros The simplicity of uploading shift reports and ease of populating each field. It's very simple to plan shifts as well with the copying feature. Cons Unable to upload files larger the 10MB to the Project Document section. Pros The reporting side of Gather is very helpful, this allows us to see statistics relating to specific jobs. It gives us a clear oversight of what areas of a project we need to improve or what areas we are doing well in, instantly improving productivity within projects. Cons Its hard to find something that I don't really like about Gather. If I had to choose it would be that we aren't able to store competencies against each employee. Pros For me it's a really good data management system, it allows our staff to have all our documents in one place, being in compliance it can be stressful searching job folders to find what I need to look at. Raildiary allows me to do this in one place, and so easy to navigate, i can also get a compliance detail report or a combined shift report. Cons To be honest i have never thought about this, to me i can't see any issues, its a good Data base if used to it's full potential, i would assume there will be some Cons. The website and phone app are very easy to use and to navigate. The helpful knowledge base provides thorough support on using the Raildiary software and customer support is efficient in our experience.
