Encourages the inclusion of all necessary information. Cons It does not yet include a mass download feature which can prove to be an issue when multiple files are needed - however the support team can usually get me these files pretty quickly. Cons Their is a lot of information used, that is covered in other software we use. Easy accessible PDF file past daily reports. Cons Nothing to dislike, as mentioned in previous review. Pros I really appreciate how quickly the team responds to my queries. They are also really adaptive and flexible to make adjustments to suit our ever changing needs. December 12, 2025 5.0 Enjoyed transferring to Gather from our old shift reporting system as it has made life easier for all of us to collate shift reports. Pros The simplicity of uploading shift reports and ease of populating each field. It's very simple to plan shifts as well with the copying feature. Cons Unable to upload files larger the 10MB to the Project Document section. I will create a diary with all the information for the teams which work nights on London underground, and they report back live, on the diary using i-pads or through the app, removing the need to return to the office to type up a report, this has massively improved moral and increased to productivity on site. Cons Having to upload individual documents to the project documents area, i would like to be able to upload multiple documents, in different formats at once, to save time. Review Source DW Daniel W. Pros The reporting side of Gather is very helpful, this allows us to see statistics relating to specific jobs. It gives us a clear oversight of what areas of a project we need to improve or what areas we are doing well in, instantly improving productivity within projects. Cons Its hard to find something that I don't really like about Gather. If I had to choose it would be that we aren't able to store competencies against each employee. The website and phone app are very easy to use and to navigate. The helpful knowledge base provides thorough support on using the Raildiary software and customer support is efficient in our experience.
