The support Coach Catalyst offers is outstanding anytime I needed help or had a question they responded quickly and was able to help me. Cons In the beginning they didn't have forms or payment methods, but they keep getting better and better and have both of these options in the app now. Pros Their customer support is fantastic which is extremely helpful. I also love the ability to start a program and change it or update it even while clients are in the program. I can take my client's feedback and make necessary adjustments based on what they need without them noticing anything has changed at all - this was a huge aspect for me to continue using the software. Cons Would still love the ability to have a library of workouts clients can reference on their own without having to leave the software. I'm confident the team at Coach Catalyst will find a solution for this. The platform is slick and engaging. The customer service is outstanding. The people at CC are more than happy to help and even jump on a call. They are constantly bringing updates to make the platform even better and are super engaged with their clients (us coaches). Pros CC aligns perfectly with the Precision Nutrition methodology of nutrition coaching. I love the ability to create and assign programs that virtually run themselves. The actions/habits are fantastic. The customer support is awesome. Cons It would be nice if it linked to MFP only because so many clients use it but that's not a deal breaker. Even better is the fact that you can create your own or modify existing programs that sound like you and your brand, not someone else. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and their team do a phenomenal job of updating the software, the app, and continually pursuing "better" with the product. Cons I'm old school when it comes to writing programs. Although CC's program builder is much better than anybody else that I've used, I still prefer writing my programs on Microsoft Word. Switched from [Exercise.com](https://www.capterra.com/p/152284/exercise-com/) Technically, I didn't switch. I was already using Coach Catalyst and at the time we didn't have the ability to build out programs so I gave exercise.com a shot. Exercise.com was a bit too robust, complicated, and didn't have what I call "coaching features" built into their program. What I mean by this is that Coach Catalyst is built by actual coaches (personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, whatever title you prefer to call yourself) and it's obvious.
