Anyone with basic computer skills should be able to do it. I also appreciate the email follow ups that allow you to communicate with whoever is assigned to complete the work order. Cons It would be helpful to have a text box in addition to drop down menus for selecting categories A couple orders that I’ve submitted didn’t clearly fall into one of the predefined bins. However, this may be a conscious decision by my employer and not a limitation of the software.
