### "OpenWrench and The Cannabis Industry"

Our overall experience has been one of very positive interaction and collaboration between our teams. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] are the utmost professional and if they say they are going to do something they DO IT! Their responsiveness and willingness to please the client is very much appreciated. Most of the times what you get with a CMMS is there is lack of flexibility and customization. OpenWrench has hit the nail on the head with this product!

Pros

I liked the price tag out of the gate as this was a huge deciding factor. Most other CMMS programs that I have used over the last 20 years and reviewed as part of this process were much more expensive. Like the cannabis industry, OpenWrench seemed like a burgeoning business that was trying to get their legs under them. We combined efforts in our growth and maturity in both lines of work and have teamed up to create a very special CMMS that can fit the smallest to the largest organization.

Cons

There were a handful of items initially that we didn't necessarily like, but working with their support team to customize a solution for WHAT WE NEEDED vs WHAT MOST OTHER COMPANIES WANT TO FORCE FEED YOU was a complete surprise. One thing that comes to mind was reporting and that I couldn't pull reports as I needed them. OpenWrench built in a feature to the system that now allows me to pull a report whenever I feel like it which has been very helpful.

Reason for choosing OpenWrench

Ease of use, fully customizable, scaleable, price and most importantly their customer support of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. We couldn't have found a better partner as we were venturing onto a new platform and wanted to ensure our internal team felt good about the migration. They made migrating from Spiceworks to OpenWrench a breeze with very (and I mean very) few hiccups!

We were piggy backing on our IT departments platform. It is great for IT, but from a Facilities perspective it lacked a lot of features and was very basic. Essentially we had to bridge the gap with a solution between Google Sheets and OpenWrench...and Spiceworks was that solution. Regardless, I knew neither were the ultimate solution and it did take us some time to pinpoint exactly what we needed!

### "Great customer support staff!!"

We are incredibly impressed with the staff at OpenWrench. Since establishing our partnership, we have engaged them on at least a weekly basis. We've essentially been working to customize the software to meet our business needs, and they've shown great patience and dedication in doing so. The response time is spectacular!

Pros

I like that we can customize it to our business and operation style. From the day we started working with OpenWrench, we received incredible support from the team to program it in a way that better works for us. The response time is immediate. We receive a very helpful weekly report from the staff showing us the work orders so we can better prioritize our weekly activities.

Cons

I don't like that work orders cannot be seen by technicians unless they are assigned to the task. It would be great if any technician could just go to the list of work orders and assign himself to it.

Reason for choosing OpenWrench

The price of OpenWrench was more reasonable for our current needs.

It was really just suitable for basic needs-- to track work orders through a common system among the company. It didn't allow us to tailor the system to our business and operation model. It also didn't allow us to enter our equipment (assets) into the system, so that PMs and inspections could be scheduled and tracked.

Open Wrench is extremely easy to use and any time we have an issue or need a solution the Open Wrench team is responsive and proactive. Open Wrench allows us to organize our ongoing emergency maintenance at over 30 retail location across Canada.

Pros

The program is very user friendly and easy to figure out.

Cons

The organization categories could be stronger so that the work orders don't become overwhelming and impossible to look through.

Pros

What a great tool for communication with my stores and my contractors! Excellent way to plan for repairs and maintenance work; especially working from a location that is far distance from the stores. So easy to operate; and lots of ways to structure the platform to meet the specific needs of the users. The Open Wrench team is outstanding; always there when you need them! Could not ask for better support and assistance; especially when there is a question or suggested feedback. They are always willing to work with us to get the best solution! I love how once the work has been completed, the contractors can upload the invoices and we can track the financials all in one place. Overall a great few months, and looking forward to building our R&M program with Open Wrench.

Cons

Drop down boxes - but that is now being upgraded with the new work flow!

Intuitive user interface, responsive customer service and white-glove implementation. The other platforms we looked at required a lot of work on our end to load locations, set up configurations and curate our vendor list, plus they said it might take more than a \_week\_ just to set up the environment. OpenWrench did most of the heavy lifting of getting the system set up for us. All we had to do was provide the basic information in a spreadsheet form.

Cons

Out-of-the-box integrations to financeial systems are not available as a self-service feature. They are available, but require coordination with our IT team and additional effort for both sides. We've elected to skip these for now. Competitors don't offer self-service integrations either, but it would be nice to have.

Pros

Submitting a work order is very intuitive. Anyone with basic computer skills should be able to do it. I also appreciate the email follow ups that allow you to communicate with whoever is assigned to complete the work order.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a text box in addition to drop down menus for selecting categories A couple orders that I’ve submitted didn’t clearly fall into one of the predefined bins. However, this may be a conscious decision by my employer and not a limitation of the software.

Anywhere from getting doors rekeyed same day, to getting wall plugs & new signs installed. It is certainly a worry for way to find a reliable technician to do the work.

Pros

It's super easy to use, usually takes less then 10 minutes to submit a request for service.

Cons

Sometimes the notes section doesn't update as quickly as I would personally like.

The product was very easy yo use from what we used before so the transition was not bad at all. No problems so far.

Cons

I never had any issues with the software that make me not like it. It is much better then what we used before. Easy to upload our issues and get them fixed in a timely manner.
