Really simple and user friendly interface makes submission of receipts easy for our users. Interface has a high quality look and feel. Cons It isn't easy to deactivate a user once deadline for expense submission has passed. The platform is not difficult to comprehend for recruits and our team. Accessing data of how much recruits have put towards a specific case code is imperative to understanding the breakdown of costs which goes towards our budget.Changing the code items are expenses to when a recruit is a part of different events is easy to do. Cons A recruit would need to have two different profiles under two different emails to expense items under two different events that are happening at the same time which is not efficient for us or recruits. Reimbi collects and distributes all in one place. Pros Reimbi has a very user-friendly interface. It is simple to use as a team, and simple for our first-time clients to use as well.
