Pros

  • I appreciate the ability of once the user is in the system all you have to do is update the case code and a few other things instead of having them sign up over and over again.

  • We like that it's super easy for candidates to fill out their expense reports, and get reimbursed the exact way they prefer.

  • The best thing about Reimbi is the ease of how quickly reimbursements are paid and the multitudes of ways to be reimbursed.

  • I love this tool and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to simplify and streamline their reimbursement process.

Cons

  • One feature I had trouble with several times was the bulk upload, so I would always default to adding users manually.

  • We were using paypal and it was not professional and it was difficult to manage the receipts. Reimbi collects and distributes all in one place.

  • The only thing I dislike is when rejecting an expense. There isn't a report where to see why there was a rejection.

  • Prior to using it, candidate reimbursements was one of the most widely criticized parts of our interview process. Since we starting using it, we have not had any further issues.

"Easy to use! Candidates and clients love it"

Overall: We used to give gift cards and most were going unused so we are saving money on unspent incentive funds.

Pros: Easy to useGreat feedback from clientsSave money for company

Cons: Ability to integrate with a link instead of a separate email. Sending it all in one to our candidates instead of it separately coming from a Reimbi email.

"Our Company has loved implementing & using Reimbi"

Pros: Modernized user experience and mobile capability for our Company and CandidateProvides features and functions the business is requesting: vendor managed process that supports multiple currencies, ease of use, timely candidate payment, real time reporting.Supports vision to reduce cash access corporate card risk and streamline processesPay per use model based on anticipated annual usage, unlimited Requestor licensesScalable to care for the business recruiting needs for lump sum payments

Cons: No complaints. Hope to integrate with our ATS in the future so the manual stepping of adding a candidate is removed.

Alternatives Considered: Abacus POS and ORION EDI
Reasons for Choosing Reimbi: Requirements were better met from Reimbi
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Reimbi: PayPal was an outdated way to pay our candidates. It was a pre-payment model, and very risky to have 'cash access' on corporate cards.

"Reimbi Review: Critical platform with room for improvement"

Pros: The integration of the platform within our business was easy. The platform is not difficult to comprehend for recruits and our team. Accessing data of how much recruits have put towards a specific case code is imperative to understanding the breakdown of costs which goes towards our budget.Changing the code items are expenses to when a recruit is a part of different events is easy to do.

Cons: A recruit would need to have two different profiles under two different emails to expense items under two different events that are happening at the same time which is not efficient for us or recruits.

"Reimbi enhances our candidate experience!"

Pros: One of Reimbi's best features is that it reimburses candidates within 24 hours via the payment platform of their choice.

Cons: Would be great if reimbi could be integrated even further into our process. As of now separate emails go out to candidates, but ideally we could combine these to reduce number of communications a candidate receives.

Reasons for Switching to Reimbi: Expensify required expenses to go through a much slower process that did not have the candidates experience at the forefront.

"Huge time saver"

Pros: Bulk upload is a huge time saver and completely eliminates the need for manual, individual expense processing. Really simple and user friendly interface makes submission of receipts easy for our users. Interface has a high quality look and feel.

Cons: It isn't easy to deactivate a user once deadline for expense submission has passed. A recruit can only be uploaded once, so if a recruit has attended multiple events that require reimbursement, you have to manually change each recruit's details which can be time-consuming

"Makes life easier"

Pros: I enjoy that it integrates with Greenhouse Recruiting and that it's such an easy button to just toggle on through the candidate profile. I don't have to login or have an additional step. It's easy and quick to use. I also like that I get email notifications for those that choose to get reimbursed for their meals and that the approval process takes literal seconds.

Cons: I haven't really come across anything that I don't like. I think it would be interesting to see a dashboard that shows which roles from greenhouse recruiting utilizes Reimbi but I'm not sure if that's possible.

"Great Software for Candidate Reimbursement"

"Efficient and Effective"

Pros: What I like most about Reimbi is the efficiency of payment to our travelers.

Cons: I do not recall if an email is sent to me when a reimbi expense is available.

"A Steller Option for Travel Reimbursement "

Overall: We were using paypal and it was not professional and it was difficult to manage the receipts. Reimbi collects and distributes all in one place.

Pros: Reimbi has a very user-friendly interface. It is simple to use as a team, and simple for our first-time clients to use as well.

Cons: The submitter and approver cannot be the same person. This is a limitation in my opinion.

"Happy Consistent User"

"Easy user experience"

Overall: Overall, they've helped us through the whole process... from weighing product options, to setting up the account, to helping with the first few reimbursements, they've been refreshing to work with as a software solution.

Pros: We like that it's super easy for candidates to fill out their expense reports, and get reimbursed the exact way they prefer.

Cons: We don't have anything bad to say about Reimbi. They're great!

Reasons for Choosing Reimbi: Reimbi can help us manage our costs now, and help us scale up later when needed.

"Reimbi is easy and quick!"

Pros: This software makes it easy to have students request reimbursement for their travel expenses when they visit our company

Cons: Wish it would auto update if you have a requester who needs to submit expenses again for a different account if they are included in the bulk requesters csv file. If they previously had an account for one event, they should have another account for the second event. Like a "sub-account"

"Reimbi for coordinating processes"

Pros: I like that it is a really easy to use software, it allows me to quickly put our candidates to the system and I know that it is easy for them to use.

Cons: I have not been using it long enough to observe any cons so far.

"Great Software"

Pros: This product is very user friendly. Candidates can easily submit their receipts for reimbursement.

"Reimbi is a Top Contributor to an Exceptional Candidate Experience with Easy & Speedy Reimbursements"

Overall: Prior to Reimbi, our candidate travel reimbursement required numerous back and forth emails, several touch points in the process flow, continual follow ups with accounts payable associates and took weeks for the candidates to be reimbursed. Since Reimbi, I've experienced multiple occasions when candidates had competing offers. They selected to go with our company because they appreciated the efficiency and effectiveness in which their entire travel experience was handled. Reimbi played a big part in that. THANK YOU REIMBI!

Pros: Reimbi's Software was thoughtfully designed with the user experience (both requestor and recipient) in mind. It is super quick and easy to create a request for reimbursement. Candidate's receive an invitation to submit their travel expenses in real time. The software offers text message and email alerts for approval requests once submitted, and the candidates receive their reimbursements without delay. Reimbursements are tracked to appropriate departments and cost centers. It is the most efficient tool I've had the pleasure of using!

Cons: I can't think of any cons. There were a few hiccups early on that were resolved very quickly.

"Reimbi definitely makes my job easier!"

Overall: I like Reimbi

Pros: I love the fictionality of the software

Cons: I don’t like that once someone has expense something in the past, they can not directly be added again to a new expense. You have to go through a few steps to add them to this new expense.

"Secure and easy way to reimburse candidates"

Overall: This is super easy to use - after years of having our local bank create a loaded credit card, and then having to send it out, this is much less time consuming and gives the candidate the money back in a way that they prefer.

Pros: Ease of use - much better for the candidate as they can choose which format to receive the funds.

Cons: The monthly fee is extremely high for what how often we use it.

Reasons for Choosing Reimbi: We didn't try others - had only been using a local bank loaded credit card.
Reasons for Switching to Reimbi: Too many stolen cards that were sent to the candidate via mail.

"We love Reimbi!"

Overall: Reimbi has been an absolute godsend to our company. Prior to using it, candidate reimbursements was one of the most widely criticized parts of our interview process. Since we starting using it, we have not had any further issues.

Pros: Using Reimbi has saved us countless hours oh manpower, in which we have been able to reallocate our coordinator's time to other task. By using Reimbi, our candidates are paid significantly faster than they were with our previous method.

Cons: It would be great to see the downloadable report expand to a user dashboard on the platform in the future., which would save us from having to download a report and build out tables/graphs every time we get a new report.

"Great Process"

Pros: Reimbi is so easy to use for reimbursing candidates for costs associated with traveling for interviews. Love that the process is quick and easy!

"Great product!"

Overall: Overall positive experience with Reimbi. Their team quickly responded to our questions and ensured we had a good experience utilizing the tool.

"Easiest Reimbursement Tool"

Overall: Reimbi has transformed the way we reimburse: it is truly the no-hassle way of reimbursing.

Pros: Reimbi is an easy tool that allows for global reimbursement. Customizing reimbursements for company policies is super easy and approving expense reports is simple. The best thing about Reimbi is the ease of how quickly reimbursements are paid and the multitudes of ways to be reimbursed. I love this tool and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to simplify and streamline their reimbursement process!

Cons: I would like to see more capabilities with outside integrations, but Reimbi is constantly improving.

"Candidates Love It! Hiring Teams Love It! Accounting Loves It!"

Overall: It's excellent. I have recommended it to others in my Recruiting and HR networks, as well as to our relocation vendor.

Pros: The ease for the candidate and the ease for Accounting. Hiring teams love it because they know the candidate is having a good experience in traveling to meet us--candidates come away with the impression that we are sophisticated and have our act together. It's super simple to use and provides the reporting that Accounting needs (not to mention that Accounting no longer has to set up every candidate we fly in as a separate account). Accounting also likes it because we can set-it-and-forget-it with our travel policy and controls. For the candidate, having interview expenses reimbursed can quickly go from a good candidate experience to a bad candidate experience when there are delays in getting reimbursed, or they have to chase down the company to get reimbursed--even worse, to chase them down when they've been rejected from the job. We care that every one has a good experience meeting us, whether we hire them or not.

Cons: There's nothing I haven't liked about it. It's genius!

"Wayfair Reimbi Review"

Overall: Great overall experience. Our team at Wayfair enjoys using it and I know candidates find it easy to use as well. Customer support is very quick and reliable!

Pros: The software is incredibly easy to use. Candidates are paid out electronically within minutes vs our old process which took 2+ week and was a paper check. It is very easy for Wayfair to review reimbursements and approve/reject quickly.

Cons: We would like to option to reject individual expenses vs having to return the entire reimbursement to the candidate.

"Reimbi is an Amazing Tool!"

Pros: The ease of use. It is extremely easing entering candidates in the system and having them upload their paystubs after incurring travel expenses. I have heard nothing but positive things from candidates about Reimbi. It has made an extremely positive impact on the overall interview process. Reps have been awesome and always willing to help when needed!

Cons: I may be wrong, but I believe Reimbi supports only expenses incurred in North America. It would be nice I could use the tool for interview candidates outside of the US and Canada.
