We have been able to create several forms and use the information in tracking various aspects of our responses. I would give 5 stars but, there are a few things that I would like to see improved. **Pros:** I do like that security is up to par and that printing a report is very straight forward. I also think that the interface in designing a form is very easy to learn. I would and have recommended AidaForm to others. **Cons:** First, being a government entity and tax exempt, I would like to see future billing reflect that because it makes the payment process lengthy and is frustrating. It's form builder is easy to use and covers a lot of what I need for my operations. **Pros:** I enjoy how easy it is to make clear and good-looking forms. I use AidaForm for many different purposes in our operations and I can create a form quickly and effectively. **Cons:** My least favorite part of AidaForm is that the automatic email function is locked behind a paywall. I pay for a subscription but cannot have emails sent that allow people filling out the form know that we received it.
