Owner Graphic Design Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Easy to use forms that are entice users to fill them out" February 10, 2026 4.0 I have been using Aidaforms since 2020 when they were featured on AppSumo and have seen the product grow over the many years. I enjoy using it. Forms are whipped up easily, and their customer service responds pretty quick if you need help. Pros Aidaforms is easy to use with a drag and drop interface and easy customizations. I like how intuitive the interface is. The forms are 'attractive' in a way that they invite users to fill them out. For a user to have the opportunity to voice record their answers is a very nice extra too. Cons The recapchta is a bit clunky, and the thank you message cannot be customized other than needing to create a dedicated thank you page on your website. It would be nice if at least the default thank you message could be rephrased even if the layout of the message remained the same. Another point that can be improved is removing sub domains. That's not very intuitive and I needed support for that. I wish the video survey responses was a lot easier to use. Pros They’re easy to setup both one-page and multi-page forms. The settings for each question are easy to find and edit, and the forms have good visual design. Cons The video reply feature needs a lot of work to make it smooth and easy to use. Also the audio response feature needs work. VideoAsk is a good app you can look at for ideas. It’s fully customizable to my needs, very easy to use and stylish it’s beautifully organized. I love the fact that I’m not limited to a certain number of forms I can create as many as I need, also the fact that I can make multiple page forms, add images and videos is just wow, this is really effective for capturing my clients attention. I love the feature where I ask video questions to my clients and in return receive text, video and audio answers, this has really helped in understanding what clients love and by this we’re able to create clothes that they want. The support / founder response merely mentioned they were upcoming features, and no timeline was given. All in all, it's a VERY PROMISING software, and if function is up to par, ild certainly love to jump back in. Pros The design and ease of use was what attracted us. It's certainly one of the better looking form softwares that we've used. Cons There were many features or lack of basic functionality once we started setting up the software. From the lack of flexibility to send emails to dynamic email fields (typeform, cognito, formstack, jotform all count it as base functions). There was also a lack of flexibility in many of the fields. You would think those would be a natural progression, but there hasn't been much ability for us to create the forms we require. You only get the answers that were entered; not the associated questions." This is not true. From day one and by default, the PDF versions do include all questions on the fields. 2. You write about 2 missing applications, while in fact only 1 response was deleted from inside your account. I checked support records and can see that you have got detailed information about the time and how the response was deleted We also did our best to explain how our system works and that once deleted, the data cannot be restored. Pros Dass ich für verschiedenste Anwendungsbereiche/ Firmen branding und Optik in jedem Formular neu erstellen kann. Einfachheit der Erstellung. Sehr gutes interface. Ich liebe es, dass ich die URLs beliebig verändern kann. Cons Es fehlt mir noch für gute Terminfindung/ dass ich Termine im Kalender auswählen kann um diese als Formularelement (mit Uhrzeiten!) als Mehrfachauswahloptionen anbieten zu können. Bei der automatischen Antwort hätte ich gerne noch die Möglichkeit entweder eine Datei mitzusenden oder den Text noch zu formatieren. Mein Anwendungsfall: die Nutzer melden sich über das Anmeldeformular von aidaform bei unserem Lieferservice an und ich will einiges an Informationen automatisch nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung an die Nutzer senden. Unformatiert liest es keiner und ist unübersichtlich und ein pdf kann ich aktuell nicht senden (ausser den Report). Qr codes generieren wäre noch top! Pros What I like with AidaForm Online Form Creator: it's the ease with which it is possible to create and share forms, as well as to collect responses. AidaForm has several Sample Templates depending on your business and the collection of results is very detailed. The customization of the questionnaires is sufficiently complete for my taste. You just have to drag and drop elements and design into the main window which serves as a draft and then you can preview your form to check if it suits you.
