I keep coming back to Aida form, even after trying others that came with new shining features but lacks the intuitiveness and solidity/reliability of Aida Form. Pros Ease of use. I'm surprised at how it's versatile features require no learning curve. You can setup a very complex form in no time. Quite extensive feature for a form, covering basic and advanced features. Users can even respond with voice. The many ways by which a form can be deployed is well thought out. Also for private websites it is an easy to build, easy to intergrate form builder. Pros I'm using Aidaform for a couple of years now on some of my client websites. Some clients don't want a whole webshop to mainain so I offered a Aidaform 'orderform with payment option'. This is working like a charm for a backery and a hair product shop. Easy to intergrate and also comes with some handy stats. Cons Well the last couple of years I think they not really brought new features. I enjoy using it. Forms are whipped up easily, and their customer service responds pretty quick if you need help. Pros Aidaforms is easy to use with a drag and drop interface and easy customizations. I like how intuitive the interface is. The forms are 'attractive' in a way that they invite users to fill them out. For a user to have the opportunity to voice record their answers is a very nice extra too. Cons The recapchta is a bit clunky, and the thank you message cannot be customized other than needing to create a dedicated thank you page on your website. It would be nice if at least the default thank you message could be rephrased even if the layout of the message remained the same. Another point that can be improved is removing sub domains. That's not very intuitive and I needed support for that. The free version is a brilliant idea and very considerate, I started using free trial and a beginner and later upgraded to paid version of 50 dollars which has so much to offer my favorite being the 10GB storage, 10,000 responses and much more. Pros One of the standout features of AidaForm is its user-friendly interface, which makes creating and sharing forms, as well as collecting responses, a breeze. AidaForm offers a variety of Sample Templates tailored to different business needs, and the results collection process is highly detailed. The level of customization for questionnaires is satisfactory, as users can easily drag and drop elements and design into the main window, previewing the form to ensure it meets their requirements. Overall, AidaForm is a great option for creating and customizing forms with ease. Cons Currently, I have no criticisms to make of AidaForms. The support / founder response merely mentioned they were upcoming features, and no timeline was given. All in all, it's a VERY PROMISING software, and if function is up to par, ild certainly love to jump back in. Pros The design and ease of use was what attracted us. It's certainly one of the better looking form softwares that we've used. Cons There were many features or lack of basic functionality once we started setting up the software. From the lack of flexibility to send emails to dynamic email fields (typeform, cognito, formstack, jotform all count it as base functions). There was also a lack of flexibility in many of the fields. You would think those would be a natural progression, but there hasn't been much ability for us to create the forms we require. I've found there are so many benefits of using an third party software than trying to program one into your website or relying on a wordpress plugin to get you that information (too many plugins fail and your web designed can't always be trusted to fix every database issue). I has a friend who is recruiting for his real estate office and we set up a business "audit" so he can crate a one page marketing plan- he uses Aida form to collect those answers and uses it as a conversation starter to the recruiting process. I think ever business can implement this system to some degree. Pros I like the options to have either regular survey or conversational forms. There are a lot of great options as far as types of questions. I like how it automatically sends a PDF of responses. Cons The biggest negative (which I've talked to support about) is the MANDATORY use of the label OPTIONAL if the field is not required. This isn't on any other form builder I've used and all it does is deter the user from filling out as many questions as possible. I would also want to be able to save filled in forms every time the user hits the "continue" button. This could be done just by tracking the IP number, or inserting a cookie. You only get the answers that were entered; not the associated questions." This is not true. From day one and by default, the PDF versions do include all questions on the fields. 2. You write about 2 missing applications, while in fact only 1 response was deleted from inside your account. I checked support records and can see that you have got detailed information about the time and how the response was deleted We also did our best to explain how our system works and that once deleted, the data cannot be restored. Ich erstelle Kundenumfragen und generieren aus den links QR Codes um die Kunden auf die Umfrage zu leiten. Pros Dass ich für verschiedenste Anwendungsbereiche/ Firmen branding und Optik in jedem Formular neu erstellen kann. Einfachheit der Erstellung. Sehr gutes interface. Ich liebe es, dass ich die URLs beliebig verändern kann. Cons Es fehlt mir noch für gute Terminfindung/ dass ich Termine im Kalender auswählen kann um diese als Formularelement (mit Uhrzeiten!) als Mehrfachauswahloptionen anbieten zu können. Bei der automatischen Antwort hätte ich gerne noch die Möglichkeit entweder eine Datei mitzusenden oder den Text noch zu formatieren. Mein Anwendungsfall: die Nutzer melden sich über das Anmeldeformular von aidaform bei unserem Lieferservice an und ich will einiges an Informationen automatisch nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung an die Nutzer senden. Unformatiert liest es keiner und ist unübersichtlich und ein pdf kann ich aktuell nicht senden (ausser den Report). Qr codes generieren wäre noch top!
