February 25, 2020 5.0 Pros The best thing i like while using Aidaform is the simplesity of use. Just drag and drop and customise, thats it. Moreover, the forms look beautiful as is without need of any complex customisation. Cons I feel Aidaform has a long way to go when it comes to advance functions like calculations and piping etc. But overall I feel the team is responsive and listen to their users. Taking into consideration the price - it's the best decision on the market. It has additional features that Google Forms (previous product) doesn't have. Pros The form builder is quick and easy to set up. It has a bunch of features for surveys, forms, etc. I like the webhooks and native Google Sheets integration. Cons The design and formatting could be a little better. I'd also like to see a native integration with Wordpress and Stripe. The product is focused on long-form material rather than short contact forms etc. but can be used in both spaces with ease. I look forward to their growing integrations like Mailchimp and more. Pros From 0-Done in less than 15 minutes. I like the ability to choose from their template library and then customise the form for my specific scenario. Cons Finding out how to do things like make the form multi-step and automate responses to filled out forms aren't very intuitive. The functionality is there but it has a learning curve. Even on sundays they respond within 6-12 hours. Pros It is really easy to make a contact form or order form. Even what the free version offers is really nice. Used the free version for a while before I decided to purchase the Appsumo deal. Currently using it as a contact form and a gift voucher form. We see the potential and are interested in continuing the journey with AdiaForm. Pros We are able to use our form any where and we have had many compliments about the look and the ease it has to fill out. We use a feedback form and it's awesome. The user experience has been great and smooth. It's was made in a matter of minutes. Cons I do wish there were more features available. The starter plan is a little bit expensive for a small business like ours. I feel there should be a few more templates available for those who don't need certain features or maybe provide a customized plan. Maybe like a pay for what you use type plans. Wide selection of themes, options, graphics, colors .... Easy to implant on our site. Quick and easy customer access when clicking, open on the form, fill in and send. Quick feedback to us - both in the profile and in our e-mail. Ideal layout of the form in PDF format when sending to us. Pros Easy to use, rich set of tools for building forms, good graphics, design, without aggravating obligations to the user in the free version (very important difference, compared to other similar softwares and plugins) - in short-fast, easy, diverse, rich. Cons I use the free software to build an application form for a job in our company. The only drawback was that the candidate could not upload his photo to the application. Also that I can't upload a file to the form. But against the background of other similar software and everything else I can do here, this is negligibly small. There are still some things that need to get implemented (SSL with the cnames, and better customization) but overall this is a great value. Pros How easy it is to use. Yes, even the most tech-illiterate person can make beautiful forms in a matter of minutes. Cons While all the forms are pretty - they are not all that customizable! I'd really like more customization options because otherwise, every form kind of can look the same. Saves us all time and doesn't have either of us on the phone for very long. They fill it out in a few minutes and I have the form returned to me instantly and it's there when I need it. Pros Easy to use, shareable link that can also be embedded into a website, easy set up Cons I really can't think of anything that I don't like about it. However I would like the option of having secure fields that can mask the information that is input by the person filling out the form, but that can be retrieved by the form administrator. I love the models which are very easy to use, the sleek and modern design, the ease of adding fields, the wide variety of fields, the possibility of integrating Paypal in a few clicks. Integrating my own domain ... and the list goes on. I love the support, responsive and give you clear and precise answers.
