My overall experience with AidaForms has been good, I don’t have any complaints. I think by using this software it just helps on saving cost, hiring a heavy tech team and it is just useful.

Pros

I found it to very easy to use, when implementing the data and creating the forms. Wasn’t too much of an hassle as I usual experience with similar softwares, Aida really made is easy for me.

Cons

I feel that it should be better templates, a little more in tune with today’s market. People like to see more modernized graphics, that is what I liked least about AidaForms.

Love the UI but the functionality in terms of forms needs to be better.

Pros

I like how interactive the forms are. There are a lot of fields to choose from to create a form and that's great. It can also be embedded and that is a blessing for forms that need to be controlled within a certain application. Zapier is also a great feature.

Cons

The form fields do not have validation process for a few important fields and there are no unique form submissions. Without this, the form is almost pointless. I built this form for an application recently and because of these features not available, I had to switch to Google form because it did better validation for each of the fields I need. For example, I can't restrict the number of choices a user makes in a multiple checkbox field.

Reason for choosing AidaForm

The easy UI and the customizations that you can make like Typeform.

Pros

It's very easy to use and has all the basic features needed including SSL.

Cons

It's not as easy to customize as JotForm and even the overall appearance lacks a bit in comparison. Hopefully, they develop and surpass JotForm.

Aidafrom has a lot of features which makes it a really great survey and data collection tool. I just need that final integration I spoke about earlier.

Pros

The software has a lot of typeform features, and keeps the style that typeform users love.

Cons

I wanted to automatically save responses from a quiz to my users contact record inside of Active Campaign, or mailchimp, either via a direct integration or via zapier. Currently you can't do that from what I understand, or at the very least I haven't figured out how to do that within the help guides.

Pros

The platform is really super user friendly and has a lot of value. I think anyone can easily start with a simple Template and the more you use it the better you learn more.

Cons

Will be great to have the possibility to use your own SMTP, Email Templates and also be able to add team members.

It takes literary 1 min to create something. Unless other tools that makes you watch some videos in order to learn how to use, Aidaform is surprisingly easy to use.

Pros

At the beginning I thought this software is limited to surveys, however, but when you dig deeper you realize its very powerful and it helps in many other aspects of te business.

Cons

I don't see any Cons, however, I wish it has some extra features, like columns, loading forms based on answers (on the same page).

Pros

Super easy to use and create forms. It's simple to drag and drop elements and customize the questions.

Cons

I wasn't able to customize the fonts or style as much as I would like. As a designer, I wanted to setup forms that my clients could place on their websites. When a form is embedded that has drastically different style than the rest of their site, it can be a jarring experience for visitors.

I set up pre and post test for my clients and they love it. Very user friendly.

Pros

The various types of forms you can create and make the quizzes into a link!

Cons

Nothing negative really. I do wish for a calculator type form. I deal with a lot of clients on their finances and need calculations. If someone can contact me about this type of form I'd gladly work with them on it. Also, I would like for it to integrate with my credit instead of google excel.

I’m transferring some quizzes I have in another platform and I’m looking forward to use AidaForm to its full power

Pros

I love the interface and the way the forms look in the end. I really enjoy playing with the different options they have for building a form.

Cons

I was trying to make a quiz that was a bit more complicated and it took a few days to receive an answer from support. I wish they had a chat option.

Pros

It's a really intuitive product that gets you up to velocity fast. Throw in the responsiveness of the team behind it and the pricing and you've got an indispensable tool for interacting with your users.

Cons

I haven't really found any cons in Aidaform yet. Maybe the documentation could be a little more comprehensive, but it's no big deal as the product is really intuitive.

Overall experience is pretty good. A nice survey tool that works and has a good roadmap.

Pros

I am loving to use AidaForm. Here are few highlights \[1\] pretty slick and modern UI/UX \[2\] stable; can't recall any hiccups so far \[3\] Iove the real time response dashboard; the UI there can be improved though; understand it's in beta still

Cons

More templates covering other use cases will be apprciated. But existing templates are quite good.

I was not happy with my previous product ResponseSuite.

Pros

All I can say is that the preview of the form that I created was beautiful.

Cons

I'm not tech savvy - I am still learning about apps, and software. After creating a form that I thought would be great for our request page of our website, I was not able to get the form to show up on the page. I saw the link to embed the form, but after several attempts to use the link, requesting assistance and getting no response, I gave up.

Pros

I was a little hesistant in product purchase , BUT I a tired of form design and all that goes with it. Aida solved this problem for me - GREAT product.

Cons

there is not a shipping option to add in the pay pal store forms - and color optimization could be better

Con AidaForm puedo darle seguimiento a las respuestas que obtengo de las formas enviadas, ademas puedo determinar que utilizan para revisar mis mails (smartphones o laptops). Fue una excelente inversion.

Pros

Me gusta que haya formatos precargados y que los podamos modificar, pero especialmente me gusta que se puede rastrear el comportamiento de los mails enviados (cuantos fueron leidos, en smartphone o laptop, cuantos contestaron) y ademas poder colectar las respuestas.

Cons

Las primeras pruebas que hice, fue enviando formas a mis otras cuentas de email y no se porque el conteo de vistas indicaba mayor cantidad (la forma fue enviada a una sola cuenta y sin embargo aparecian varias vistas). Fuera de eso todo esta bien.

Pros

Aidaform is super easy to use and setup. The functionality is great and getting better all the time. One of the awesome features is the signature feature.

Cons

No ssl for custom domains yet but its coming very soon. Needs to have the ability to add custom colors. Right now they preset color pallets to choose from.
