Good experience. The President is awesome! Customer service is quick to reply, though I'd like it if they had phone support as well.

Pros

It streamlines my vacation rental business.

### "POOR SERVICE - TOOK MONEY AND DIDNT REFUND"

I was debited despite signing up for a "free trial" and have been chasing the refund for over a week, not one reply to any emails. I am worried I wont be able to obtain a refund as there is just no customer support. Really disappointing.

Pros

The software didnt suit us, very clunky and didnt have the features we were after

This user signed up on 10/15/2018 01:21:26 AM CDT for a full account (not a trial account) They did not use the platform (did not create a single property) and canceled. They were refunded in full on 10/25/2018 02:00:31 PM CDT (transaction ID 911bd9g3 with Braintree). This review has been reported to Capterra for removal.
