Pros

Synchronization with other platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, etc. )

Cons

Payment collection with Booking.com is always a problem can causes the most work for me. And not able to capture all reservations when someone makes multiple bookings through Booking.com. I have to manually enter the reservations and block out calender when clients make mulitple room reservations.

I was fairly new to the hospitaly field and came across Hostefully or Orbirental when they were somewhat new and signed up for their service.

It has all the functions I need for running my business smoothly.

Pros

This is the most amazing platforms I have tried. And it has it all, no need to switch to another system, because this just works 100% and makes my job so much easier and quicker.

Cons

The still need to implement the Faroe Islands as a country and I am looking forward to that happens.

### "A solid software choice"

I like Hostfully. It is fairly easy to learn and use and it really helps me in my vr business.

Pros

I love that Hostfully enables direct booking from my website and integrates seamlessly with Airbnb and Booking. The onboarding and customer service is excellent.

Cons

There is NO app. Apparently, an app release is coming for 2023. I am waiting!

We had a very negative experience with a different property management platform before switching to Hostfully. Hostfully has been fantastic, very easy to implement, and we have confidence in the accuracy of the platform.

Pros

We have had nothing but a positive experience with the Hostfully platform. It is intuitive in nature, and has been very easy for us to implement in our business. We have also found the customer service team to be very responsive and helpful!

Cons

We would like to see video supported in the property listings.

HORRIBLE. I don't know how any business functions on this platform.

Pros

The platform is difficult to use and customer service is non existent. Can connect to booking channels and cant get help from customer service.

Cons

The app has very limited functionality and their platform is not mobile friendly making you a slave to your computer. Major difficulty connecting to channel partners... booking.com, VRBO, cahrge automation. Ive been trying for months to get connected. Customer service is only via chat bots. Takes hours for a real person to respond and days-weeks to get anything fixed. In the process of switching platforms now.

Hostfully has been great and helped us managing our properties and listings with consumate ease and efficiently. It has greatly enhanced our productivity and overall efficiency. With Hostfully, we expect to grow our portfolio and increase the number of listings much quicker and offer exceptional support to our guests and homeowners.

Pros

The Pipeline view is extremely useful and simplifies management of the complete guest experience cycle. Creating new propery listing is also very easy and simplified.

Cons

Direct Booking Website and the website builder is not so great. We are looking for more flexibility and better features.

My overall experience so far is very good! Hostfully has many features, automations and potential! It makes our work much easier, fun and professionally.

Pros

Easy to use, many capabilities & automations, a comprehensive pms for vacation rentals

Cons

Its very, very, very slow! Please fix it! Sometimes, I think my brain runs with 100km/h and Hostfully only speeds up to 20km/h and this makes it very frustrating, especially when you are in a hurry to do things! The same happens with the mobile app!

### "Feedback on synching issue with Booking.com and working with the customer success team"

We've been having issues with our listing names showing wrong names and this issue is still on going.

Pros

The available and responsive chat support.

Cons

Their sync to Booking.com has a lot of flaws unlike the other OTA's and we've been working with their success team for more than 2 months already just to find a resolution.

### "Great all around value"

Pros

Hostfully is great for a centralized calendar across multiple channels (ie VRBO, AirBnB, etc). We use many of third-party integrations such as Stripe and Turno for payment processing and cleaning management.

Cons

The mobile app leaves a little be to be desired, but is functional.

I have been using Hostfully for more than 1 year now, moving here from Vreasy. I've found Hostfully easy to use, with a great onboarding process, offering a solid PMS with a built-in channel manager. The team is great,knowledgeable and quick to respond to any question so you definitely feel taken care of. The Guidebook is great to focus on guest experience and differentiate yourself from the market competitors and with a solid APP center, you have all of the features needed and add ons to ensure you can optimize everything around your vacation rental business.

Pros

Easiness of onboarding and autonomy during the process Solid PMS with all needed features and great user experience. The app center offers a lot of add-ons to add value to your business and it's all integrated in the core Hostfully products

Cons

We have not found a lot of cons with Hostfully... There have been some bugs, but very few and not critical which have always been resolved quickly.

I have really enjoyed using it. It has helped us tremendously with the management of our short term rentals.

Pros

This software has made running our short term rental business so much easier. I love the calendar view where I can look at all of my properties side to side. I also love the cleaner management and the cross platform management capabilities.

Cons

The app needs work. It is buggy and sometimes causes frustration.

I have been really impressed by the functionality of the Orbirental Property Management Software. Orbirental has full integrations with the booking platforms, including Airbnb, Homeaway/VRBO, TripAdvisor and Booking.com, which has allowed us to expand our reach to the worldwide traveller market. Orbirental also provides great integrations with the newest and greatest technology partners so we can utilize the benefits of dynamic pricing, guest books, channel managers, keyless locks, email marketing software, along with many more tech companies that are emerging every day in this dynamic and fluid industry. Orbirental has an innovate and easy to use interface for managers, staff and guest inquiries. The lead management pipeline is what Orbirental has mastered at the core of its PMS, but there are so many useful integrations that make Orbirental a truly one-stop shop for any size management company that wants to stay at the leading trend of technology and run their business efficiently and effectively. Overall this software has been a time killer and features are not intuitive -- seems very behind the times and cumbersome. Would not recommend.

Pros

You will eventually get help from the customer service chat after waiting 40 minutes to an hour with each question on chat. They seem to forget about you while helping others and it eats your day away. Currently having a simple conversation over chat for 5+ hours. Simple things that should be answered. Painful!

Cons

The features are messy, email communication formatting is confusing and not clean, non-intuitive software that is lacking, customer service will consumer your entire day trying to get answers.

We ultimately made the decision that Hostfully was not a good decision for our business, and offloaded immediately due to a) calendar sync errors, b) poor treatment and support from Hostfully's team, and c) limitations.

Pros

I enjoyed that it was easy to use and navigate.

Cons

We had issues with Hostfully on the Support and platform integration side. Support gave me the runaround, and we also felt we received poor treatment from the team. There are limitations in the product such as pricing features and it's not user-friendly at all.

Cons

Hostfully has made managing two properties that I own so automated that this doesn't take much time in my busy schedule.

Pros

Integrates with most OTA's, other useful software like smart locks, housekeeping, pricing and has great automation!

Cons

The Only thing I don't like is I can't speak with a live person if I'm really having trouble figuring out something.

Pros

The pipeline functionality is great and there's lots of intuitive functionality. Any time there's been any issue, whether a bug or confusion, the team has been lightning fast in their response and always willing to help.

Cons

It's still rough around the edges in some departments. The owner portal is pretty basic and the reports functionality is rather simple but these are all being iterated on and improved so I have no doubt they will reach a more than satisfactory level soon enough.

Pros

Good integrations available; we like the reporting feature and owner portal; auto messages are easy to create.

Cons

There seems to be issues with automated messages not sending. Support hasn't been able to help with this. We also don't like the inbox- it's confusing and not very user friendly.We also don't like how a phone number cannot be notified if there is a guest message. The only way to know is to check the inbox constantly.

I loved that we were assigned to an onboarding specialist who gave us specific tasks to perform in advance of each meeting. This really expedited the process of getting our places listed on Hostfully. It was great to have someone knowledgeable to ask questions to along the way

Cons

I have not quite figured out how to use the app on my phone for responding to queries in the inbox. I wish that were a little more intuitive, but I really haven't spent much time figuring it out yet so it could be me.
