Our overall experience with Endear is great. The team is there from start to finish from training our stores to make sure that they can use the platform to monthly calls to ensure we are up to date on new offerings, etc. we love working with them!

Pros

We love the customer support. We have had experiences in the past from other softwares where the support was not fast and with Endear our questions get answered right away.

Cons

I think the reporting could use more work. We would like to build companywide benchmarks and being able to pull in what exact segment is preforming the best would help us be able to do this.

Overall it’s more work than it has to be. For someone that has used the CRM programs designed by retail workers and Apple developers (I used to work for Kering) I feel this isn’t anywhere near what it could be, but I’m hopeful

Pros

The thing that I find the most useful is being able to filter through hundreds of thousands of clients to target a very specific group for a specific kind of outreach

Cons

The actual messaging on this software is still pretty wonky and it would be helpful to create a messaging app to where we can keep track of our conversations in a more streamlined way instead of having to go back and forth between “awaiting response” or “recommended follow up” and the like. It’s frustrating Trying to find the conversations you already responded to actively that are not either new or recommended follow up is impossible

We were able to connect store associates directly with customers for a more bespoke, white-glove experience. No one knows the product like our store employees do, and having them respond in real time—and even upsell—during customer interactions has been a huge boost to revenue.

Pros

Endear is an emerging partner that’s open to hearing how customers use the platform and is eager to implement feature requests when they make sense. Its ease of use made it possible for us to onboard our entire fleet of stores and better meet customers where they are.

Cons

We don’t necessarily dislike any of Endear’s current features, but we’re excited to see how they plan to layer AI into their native functionality moving forward.

Excellent! We've only been using it at a store level for a couple of months and it's already a game changer for us.

Pros

Added level of personal touch for client outreach - allows for one to one contact, in an age of retail when companies are sending mass marketing from an automated feature.

Cons

Reporting is still tricky to figure out.

Pros

I love that I can take personal notes for each client! When I write a note in my own words, I can remember my clients better, and the connection I make with them would be even more genuine and personal!

Cons

When I’m sending a general email regarding an upcoming promotion, my understanding is that I can send to a group of 10 only at a time. It would have been easier if I could send the email to more clients at once!

Pros

I like how Endear is easy to navigate. It is nice to be able to bounce around tabs and look people up.

Cons

Sometimes my customers from Shopify do not show up and I have to manually add them. It’s nice when they automatically appear.

I use endear every day to keep in touch with clients, from adding them to my client book to updating profiles, using their information to complete new orders, and reaching out to clients who may have questions!

Pros

I rally enjoy how user friendly the site is to navigate. The templates are easy to find and include in messaging, and moving from one client to the next feels seemless!

Cons

I think the metrics on reports and dashboard could be refined a little more/ the verbage for filters could be changed to be more clear.

Pros

It's so easy for me to keep in touch with my clients and track my sales. I also do the majority of my emailing from Endear, so it's a simple all-in-one tool.

Cons

The emailing isn't perfect, but it gets the job done.

Pros

I have used Endear to thank my clients for shopping with me and allowing me to serve them. I also love sending personal messages about events in our store. This App is great for building customer relations.

I would like if we could trace more order and analytics information from Endear and for more front end UX flexibility to change the page lay out, links, etc.

Software is SO user friendly! The option to segment your client list using the features makes client reach much more efficient and effective.

The team has been super kind and available. The platform I think requires more education and time that I had imagined from the start.

Pros

The ease of the automated campaigns going out. I don't have to keep on checking to see if it's happening and feel confident it will play itself out.

Cons

I think the portion of writing the email isn't the friendliest. I wish changes would auto save. I feel like I have to save each time I upload product links. If I don't hit save and go to my preview, I have to go back and redo. The analytics portion I also sometimes don't feel like it is 100% accurate between in physical store and online store.

Pros

The amount of customer data and the ease of use of the application. I like I can easily find the information I need in relation to client data.

Cons

Only being able to send mass marketing emails to ten customers at a time is a drawback and the sent responses do lag, and do not update quickly.

Overall a good experience, Endear is pretty clear on how to use and quick to learn , just a couple of small things to fix.

Pros

\- The creativity of it, the way we can create campaigns, lookbooks, stories, etc - Newstore customers data based are connected to endear - East to use

Cons

\- The way the audiences are organized could use a bit more work - The fact that Endear notes and new store notes aren't connected - When you start a draft it usually doesn't re appear when you leave the page

Pros

Endear is a multi-faceted channel that can allow each associate of the brand communicate and engage with customers on different levels. As a brand marketing team, we're able to blast ecomm customers in a more personalized manner on a more personalized, and targeted scale, than using our general ESP platform. On the other hand, store associates are able to communicate with top clients in a 1:1 manner to offer the most catered concierge shopping experience that our customer wouldn't normally get from brands that function within our same space. Endear really helps our store associates and retail experience be that much more elevated and makes our customers feel even that much more connected to our retail associates.

Cons

The only 2 things that aren't my favorite about Endear is that the reporting and analytics features are a little disjointed and there is no ability to make uploaded assets shoppable or to select what images are pulled into the platform from Shopify. Also something to note if you are new to Endear, be sure to set up the attribution window in your settings to what the rest of your revenue channels are set to or else if you want to change them later, the performance numbers of campaigns will experience a huge discrepancy from YoY performance.

I loved working with the team at Endear. Always professional, down to earth and very responsive. I loved the fact that the founders, Jinesh and Leigh themselves would handle the support chat at times! A wonderful company and a great CRM platform, especially for retail.

Pros

Ease of client import and ability to manage the database. Very easy to train team mates and reach out to your clients. Great filters to get to the granularity of things and easy-to-use reporting tools.

Pros

The best part about Endear is how useful so many departments can use the program. We mostly use for our retail staff but the stories function has made its way through many different teams due to the beautiful presentation of products.

Cons

The lack of organization available inside the segmenting tab. This isn't a huge issue but it would be great if there were folders or another way we could organize different client segments.

I'm only 3 weeks into using Endear. So far the experience has been great. The support I have received from Endear has been top notch

Pros

There is so much information at my fingertips with Endear, I just have to understand how to use it to my advantage.

Cons

Totally new system for me, so it will take time. There is a lag between our operating systems and Endear, which is in the process of being fixed.
