Avevo partecipato alla fase iniziale di implementazione prodotto, passata poi ad altri colleghi. Sono stata formata da colleghi interni sulla gestione delle presenze giornaliera / chiusura mensile ma devo fare ancora formazione a 360° sull'applicativo quindi spesso mi ritrovo in difficoltà e non so se per carenza di nozioni mie o per complessità del prodotto. Con riferimento all'assistenza odierna posso confermare la disponibilità e gentilezza con la quale sono stata seguita. Cosa rara in questo periodo... grazie :) Pros inserimenti di giustificativi snelli possibilità di far "comunicare" presenze con travel ... Cons avendo molte regole aziendali (particolareggiate) a volte è difficile farle recepire a sistema. non avere un unico interlocutore in caso di necessità di assistenza spesso rende difficile risolvere le problematiche che emergono. Pros Zucchetti is more complete if compared to the program we had before. We can use Analytics to extract information. You can use this program from every pc/desktop, just having an internet line. Cons As many software you have to enter in program's "mind". Sometimes it is not flexible and it is not possibile to extract all info about attendencies from Analytics. Sometimes it runs not in a quickly way. If you clic on the name of emoployee the olny thing you can do is to see his/her employment relationship: if you want to take a look to the subject, you have to look for the specific link in the dashboard.
