The level of customer service is excellent. They provide quick responses and solutions to any issue that I have (usually user error :-) ). Pros The initial set up and implementation was almost flawless. The features are easy to use with a short learning curve. Cons As with most software packages there are some features that are not offered. However, customer service works with us to find an option that will help us.
