The collaboration is smooth and flexible, with a sprint-based workflow that keeps everything on track. Weekly check-ins ensure quality and progress, and even after launch, the team proactively helps us boost downloads and engage customers with our brand story. They are easy to reach, resolve issues quickly, and provide thoughtful solutions, making them a true partner in our success. Pros What we liked most about JMango360 is how quickly they helped us launch a sleek, user-friendly app. They really thought along with us on how to bring our different labels together into one cohesive experience. The smooth CMS integration, easy login for existing customers, and push notifications via OneSignal made it even more powerful. Even after launch, the team keeps proactively helping us grow downloads and engage our customers. Cons If we had to mention something, it would be the time difference. Since we’re based in the Netherlands and the development team is in Vietnam, it sometimes took a bit of coordination to find the best time to communicate. The mobile version of our site is great, but it's not the same as a true mobile app experience. Jmango provides this service and has gone above and beyond our expectations. Pros Jmango makes it extremely easy to get a native mobile app for your website. We use BigCommerce as our ecommerce site and Jmango's integration with BigCommerce makes setting everything up simple. The same settings and apps that we use in our BigCommerce store are in our mobile app as well. They really thought of everything. Cons While JMango's mobile applications and headless solutions offer good value, the monthly costs can be higher than some are willing to pay. Convincing management within the company of the long-term benefits can be challenging. However, JMango provides the necessary support to ensure swift implementation and adaptation among customers which for us resulted in increase in sales and customer satisfaction. Very hands on implementation partner that gives you a ready to use product in just a short time. Cons Due to the nature of the out of the box app, customization options sometimes are a bit more difficult and create some more lead times. Cons What we like the least is that sometimes it's not easy to integrate JMANGO360's features with our systems, and this can require more time and/or incur additional costs in terms of implementation, but overall we have almost always managed to achieve our goals.
