Provation MD is user-friendly design and smooth workflow enhance productivity. This is best electronic health record systems. The best thing is it include billing features as well. This offers very useful templates at a single location. Provation MD enhances both operational efficiency and the accuracy of procedure documentation. Cons The product is outstanding. Cons The cons are that not all the specialties that we have are supported by Provation MD, With the addition of more specialties, Provation MD would be unstoppable in the ASC marketplace. Pros The ease of use for both the clinical staff and the physician. The ability to edit the procedure is also a very simple feature that is frequently used. Cons Occasionally we have issues with getting some of our photos on the correct procedure. The process to get this corrected was fairly simple after a quick conversation with customer service. Pros The set up and training was easy and comprehensive. Support is very well run and extremely reliable. The program is GI specific and updates regularly keep everything current. Cons Sometimes updates create other problems or unwanted changes. Reason for choosing Provation MD Cost and GI specific nature of the product. They enjoy it because they end with a clear, concise note with their signature on it that is sent to the referring physician and anyone else the patient requests. They have become reliant on this system because they know they can because it is accurate and consistent. Pros How easy it is to use and how accurate it is. I feel the more I use it and explore it, the better it gets.
