A business management tool for boutique lodges and hotels of approximately 10-100 rooms. A Central Reservations and Property Management System, with integrated CRM and Financial Management functionality and excellent reporting. Establishments in remote areas need tools to run their properties, make sales, manage their guests and report on their business. An application that is accessible on the cloud but not dependent on an internet connection.

Very very frustrating. The communication attempt from there side is lacking in every aspect. It take s forever to get issues solved and if there cant assist and they are suppose to get back to you , they seldom do and the issue persists

Pros

The individual support staff are lovely and are willing to assist. When you get hold of them . But that's where it ends.

Cons

The extremely slow customer service. Requested assistance on Thursday , its now Saturday , no answer on their support line and it take a email request 24 to forever to respond. the system is behind in technology . They have no desire to improve the service. I would NO recommend them at all!!!! there are MUCH better systems available.

Thank you for your review. There is no limit to the number of users, properties or rooms managed in a ResRequest system, and support is free and unlimited. Charging 0.3% of bed night revenue makes pricing transparent and fair. When you grow, adding rooms or services, the rental increase is proportional and predictable, making budgeting and measuring the value provided by ResRequest easier. In business down cycles and disasters (things like serious political interference and conflict, which we have had in various countries in the past), the cost of ResRequest goes down as your revenue takes a hit. ResRequest costs less when you need that support.
