Overall I am happy with FieldEx. It has a lot of future potential that is actively being worked on. The team being open to feedback and suggestions make it easy to communicate.

Pros

I like FieldEx for it's consistency and ease of use in arranging jobs and tasks for repairs and servicing. The one thing that stands out a lot is how smooth and fast when any updates and changes are done to the settings.

Cons

The program has still has a lot of features that is not available right now. For example. A more granular and customized settings for user accounts as well as arranging jobs. However, updates are constantly being done and they are open to feedback, which is very useful to have.

Pros

The system is easy to navigate and user-friendly for both our internal team and technicians in the field. It provides efficient job tracking, helps us stay organized, makes asset management much easier, and with the recent mobile access update, it has become even more user-friendly.

Cons

Overall, FieldEx has been very helpful, but there is still room for improvement in the overall UI/UX, with more flexible reporting and dashboard features and broader integration options that would make FieldEx even more powerful.

Overall, in my opinion, FieldEx has been very helpful in enhancing the management of our company’s assets and inventory. It provides a more organized and efficient way to track, monitor, and update asset information, which ultimately supports better operational control.

Pros

I really like that FieldEx allows me to remotely monitor the status of our assets in real time. I also appreciate the automatic alerts for upcoming inspection due dates. It really helps ensure nothing gets missed.

Cons

I wish there was more flexibility when entering information during asset creation. for example, the ability to create custom dropdown items or use copy-and-paste functions. Many assets share similar details, with only minor differences like the serial number, so having these features would save time and reduce repetitive data entry.

Overall we still manage to use at least the basic needs such as check in and check out task. As well as updating the inventory and assets.

Pros

It is easy to access, easy to use especially on assigning task, record the inventory and assets. Being able to monitor the preventive maintenance of the assets.

Cons

It is a bit complex to create our own report as this needs an experts to produce the report that we wanted to custom.

Generally positive. Support from the FieldEx team is good, with attentive and timely problem resolution.

Pros

The asset management features. Very useful to us to be able to track milestones for maintenance.

Cons

Reports. It would be a lot more useful if we could administer and manage our own reports.

It has been a very pleasant working experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] ; a Business Process Consultant, who is much more technical than she lets on. She has a good understanding of the technical side of the work and is also helps us be a medium to explain in technical terms our needs. \[sensitive content hidden\] the Customer Success Manager has never been further away than a phone text. Always readily available and always excited to show us the latest developments with FieldEx. Customer Support Team has also been pretty spot on, Within an hour or so creating a ticket, there is always someone on the other end of the line ready to assist us. Overall I'd say FieldEx really has helped Coffex Coffee to move forward and sharpening our edge the manufacturing industry. Their system that they employ has an extremely large amount of potential to bridge the gap between digitalization and efficient workflows. With speed the name of the game, FieldEx also does bring that to the table regardless if it was a simple inquiry answered, or a hotfix to a bug found the day itself. Their customizability of the portal that we use has been a great feature as some of our workflows are unique such as integration of ERPs or if we just needed a new feature to be added to our version of the portal.

Pros

No detail is too small for them to consider and implement along with their attention to detail is commendable. They are extremely quick to answer our calls for technical assistance and quick on the trigger for the fixes.

Cons

More of a "extra mile" thing whereby the client relationship team could check up more on us to see if there were any personalized improvements/fixes/bugs that needed attention randomly or after a set interval of time.

If I were to rate it on a scale of 0 to 9, I would give it a 6. While the system is helpful for job and report management, the operational steps within the system and apps could be simplified to enhance user-friendliness. Additionally, offering greater flexibility in user customization for certain features would make the system more powerful and efficient.

The digitization of operational processes allows for easier job and report management.

The customization of parameter data remains inflexible in certain features.

I'm not the regular user but I having familiar this system for the past 5 years and this system getting better in terms of apps, features and function in apps. Support from fieldEx teams also really helps a lot when we having a issue.

Pros

The system, report, live location and job assign by planner to monitor their technician.

Cons

I like to see the progress and looks better after a few migration. Now the apps looks like easy and more friendly for users.

Pros

FieldEx impressed me with their commitment to responsive support. Their prompt attention to queries and swift resolution of any technical issues that arose throughout the engagement demonstrated a high level of operational efficiency and client focus and created a positive experience.

Cons

Not necessarily a downside but new users might experience a learning curve as they navigate and familiarize themselves with the various tools and capabilities it provides.
